Shrimp pasta was good. My friend ordered a steak - medium. He got a well done steak instead. Outer patio room very cold, could use a little heat. Waitress was very friendly.
Always a great meal. Specials are on point and fresh. Super friendly wait staff. Deserts are a must have.
Best soft pretzels in the United States. Not joking. Great food, reasonable prices, nice staff. Rachel's was the gem of the Grove City/Wilmington area for quite some time and now it's doing well in Butler. Can't go wrong here!
Decent menu, but don't order the fish tacos. The fish was very good, but the mango for the mango salsa was seriously unripe, as if the preparer had no idea what a mango was supposed to taste like. Service pleasant and prompt. Nice people, clean attractive surroundings. I often order the basil salmon
This was our first time at this restaurant and I definitely intend to return for future date nights. The service was fantastic - Mike did a wonderful job waiting on us and making sure we had everything we needed, while other wait staff would grab finished plates from the table for us if they were passing which was appreciated. I ordered the 6oz sirloin. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, possibly the best steak I've had dining out. The boyfriend had a burger with the homemade chips and was pleased with his decision as well. The drinks were great and we shared a piece of peanut butter pie for dessert - very rich and the oat-based crust was a pleasant surprise. Very happy with our experience!
My wife and I drive to Butler from Pittsburgh every two weeks to visit my wife father. We always eat at Rachel's Roadhouse. The menu is enjoyable and we enjoyed the special on the menu. Service is excellent and the food has mostly been a great value. I wish that there was one in Pittsburgh.
This place is always busy for a reason. The food is consistently fabulous and fast. The service is great. Specialty cocktails are really yummy. They also have a really nice private meeting room for small parties.
Sat at the bar. Service was great. The bartender was quick and friendly. Restrooms were clean. Food came out quickly. Side salad was good, try the balsamic blue cheese dressing. Now that was the good stuff. The bad was my main course. I went with the Roadhouse Hero, an original version of the Primantis sandwich. The first thing that I noticed was that it had way to much coleslaw. If it was vinegar based it would have been okay, but it way Mayo based. So I tried a piece of the chicken separately, because all together I could only taste the slaw. The chicken was very bland. No seasoning at all. But I still give it 4 stars because of how good the overall restaurant is. Just do not get the Hero.
Hosted a graduation party for my child there. Dedicated service! Food was excellent! Thanks Aaron & Matt for your attention to detail!
Unable to cook meat to order. I'm sick of going there and ordering a burger / steak etc. and asking it to be cooked medium rare and getting it served well done. They are willing to fix it but that takes time and everyone you are dining with will be finished by the time they fix it. Last time just declined and left. We won't be back.
Very busy, trendy place to go if you are a young professional. I took my parents there for lunch. It is not suited for elderly as it's very loud and they keep the temp pretty chilly. Food was just okay, and not worth the cost. Waitress was frazzled with too many tables while 3 people from their management team stood at the hostess podium and observed the room. Waitress let us know she wasn't happy to serve us. I left her a big tip, but we'll never go back.
Food and atmosphere is great. Wait staff are so friendly. Usually don't wait too long for your food. Something for everyone on menu
Friendly staff, pretty fast service, environment is kind of rustic everything is old fashioned wood. OK layout. Food is delicious. Expect to spend roughly 25 a person give or take
