I’ve been in the store a few times. They’ve never acknowledge me, they don’t say hello, goodbye or can I help you. The shelves are always nearly empty - never replenished. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

David and Roy are the best. Were courteous and extremely knowledge about all the workings. They were most prompt. Love them all

Went in to buy a kingpin lock and told me it would have to be ordered. I told them I needed it now and they referred me to tractor supply. The best way to gain a great reputation is to work with your community and that includes businesses working together. Thanks for your help and if I need anything else, I will be back. Thanks for providing your services.

Terrible service, no one greeted us at any point even when we went to check out. The selection was so small, almost like they are going out of business. They sell rvs and trailers there, however at no point did a sales person ask if thats what i was in for. The lady at the register was not very nice when we asked a question about online orders all she said was "well i dont know" and made no effort to find an answer. I will be sticking to Camping World from now on.

Bought a Shasta Phoenix from them. Worst of 3 5th wheels that I have owned. Service department does not understand the word service. 3 months after taking the 5th wheel that they sold me in for warranty work it still is not fixed.

Don't buy a Shasta product and don't buy from the RV Super Store!

11/7/2016 Update: It took them almost 7 months to fix the major problem. And that problem could have been fixed when I first took it in if they had taken the time to really look at the problem. But they failed to fixed the shower door hardware. Can you believe that it is held in place with two way tape? One problem that I was told was fixed was not. On the first trip with the supposedly fixed step riser it came loose and my wife almost fell when she tripped on it. I fixed it myself and it is NOW FIXED.

I found out that 5th wheels and trailers are not covered by the lemon law. That's because it isn't motorized. So it seems that Forest River uses the buyer to be their quality control section. You find all of the problems and they eventually will fix it.

I chatted with a young couple that owned a 2016 Shasta. When I asked them how they liked their RV a look of disgust came over the husband's face and he told me that it has been six months of nothing but trouble. I mentioned that at least they didn't have a smelly leak in their black tank to which he informed me that his black tank fell down onto the ground.

DO NOT BUY A FOREST RIVER RV!!!!

Final Update: In Dec 2016 I traded in the lemon. I did this for peace of mind. Did not want to always worry about what else might break. When we moved our stuff from the lemon to the new 5th wheel I made a final check to ensure everything was moved. While doing so, something else broke. I smiled to myself with the knowledge that I was right.

Ordered a tub at first they forgot to order it then they got the wrong one. Even if I did want a refund the wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee. Stay away from these crooks.

THE WORST in USED Sales. DELIBERATELY MISLEADING. These dealership sold me a Motorhome that was advertised as a V10 Motor. It was a V8. I had to pretend to be someone else to get the manager on the phone. It took weeks. He is Truly unscrupulous. He asked if I had proof that they had advertised it as a V10. He would not deal with me unless I had the proof needed to be successful in a lawsuit. No one ever asked me to prove it was a V8, they just dealt with me after the threat of a lawsuit. They obviously knew it was a V8 from the start. WARNING….NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

This is the best experience we have ever had buying anything. Will, Gary and Brian and the whole staff is nice people and know their stuff. They went above and beyond to help us get the best financing and interest rate. The walk thru was very informative and professional.

We have to say the entire staff at RV Superstore from sale to service will go out of their way to make sure you are pleased. We would strongly recommend RV Superstore for buying a motor home, service or parts. They are the greatest.

It was such a pleasure doing business with these lovely people. Our third motorhome purchase and wary of good deals on the internet that don't materialize when you get there. Not the case with these people. They threw in extras for us to boot. Husband 's Parkinson's exacerbated by heat and RV Superstore had our rv indoors with the AC going to make it easier for him to look it over. I couldn't ask for a better experience
