I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, I've even bought my Dodge's from here, They treat you more like family than a number I wouldn't buy my vehicles anywhere else when you come to this location look for Rich or Greg they will treat you right every time. (They don't want to be the best they are the best!!!!)

Vacationing for the first time in Pahrump, my engine warning light comes on. Monday afternoon I find, to my surprise, since Pahrump isn’t very big, that there is a Chevrolet/GMC/Buick dealer in town!

So I arrive late in the afternoon and explain I’m supposed to leave on Thursday, pulling a 35’ 5th wheel trailer and could they help me out since I don’t want any problems on my 330 mile cross desert trip home.

Brandon, the service writer, tracks down their diesel mechanic and in short order the problem is diagnosed. However the part needed isn’t in stock. Knowing my situation he has the part ordered with an expedited delivery.

Wednesday the part arrives in the afternoon and when I arrive they get my truck in right away, get the part installed, tested and I’m on my way.

Best service I’ve ever had at any dealership.

I also need to add this is also a very clean and modern facility.

Friendly staff, great service technicians and one of the cleanest dealerships I have ever visited. With as much driving as I do, my vehicle is maintained right and it's great to know that they are there (even on a Saturday), if I need service. I'll be back!

No disrespect to their salesman, however i truly believe their GM is the biggest piece of S#%& that walks the planet.. after finding out that Pahrump auto plaza sold my girlfriend a $56,000 recked truck, we contacted the GM Greg and he very cleary stated he does not have to mention that the vehicle or any vehicle has been in a accident and obviously did nothing to make things right, after speaking to other dealerships in regards to this manner every other dealership mentioned that its no surprise to them that Pahrump auto plaza would do this and also no surprise that Greg would do nothing to make it right!!

Went in to look at some options - was greeted by and dealt with "LaGrand." This guy was - straight out of a cliche', got my friend and I to "sit and let him run some numbers" "just so we could see what the payments might look like"

An I had ONE request: I told him "Do whatever, so long as he did NOT AFFECT MY CREDIT IN ANY WAY." We were assured, twice - heck, several times - that they were pulling a "FICO" score and this would NOT affect my credit. Guess what? They did a hard inquiry, and it DID affect my credit.

I called and I explained/reviewed with LaGrand what I had asked for and how this could've happened. He robotically repeated and hid behind; "I'm sorry, I didn't know." So, when I asked him, "When I said: Will what you're doing affect my credit? 2-3 days ago - and you looked me in the face and said "No, it will not." I'm supposed to be ok with you just didn't know?" You "made a mistake." An oopsy?" "Yes, and I'm sorry. But let me go talk to my manager", he said. Cool. My credit takes an unnecessary hit, you're sorry, and you NOW wanna go get clarification on what exactly your job is/does to people. Amazing.

Long story short, I got told by his supervisor, "Big Ben", that they were both sorry and LG should've known. Damage is done. But they're sorry.

I can't imagine what else "might not be known" or they're "sorry" for - if someone actually bought a vehicle from these bright bulbs. I have to imagine you'll be the one who's "sorry."

My wife and I bought two brand new cars from this dealership recently and this was the easiest car buying experience ever. These guys are not pushy, car sales guys like you normally experience. They listen to what you want, ask questions and then help you with the car, financing and everything else. No gimmicks, no tricks, no B.S. The most honest, laid back car buying experience ever. I work in the vehicle sales industry and have come to find out that here in the big city of Las Vegas these dealers really don't care about you or your situation they know that they will have tons of customers on the floor and that it doesn't matter to them if you buy or not. Went out to Pahrump and found out that they care about every single customer and strive to meet everyone's needs no matter what. They truly do what ever it takes to get the deal done. Craig,Brian and Greg by far the most professional people I have dealt with. If you are considering purchasing a new or used GM product make the drive to Pahrump its worth your time and money. Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza provides Pahrump locals with a great buying experience that keeps tax dollars in Nye County. We love the fact that we were able to purchase our new Sonic in town and that we won't have to worry about driving over the hump to Vegas for service. Lloyd Peugh was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in, and the financing representative, Todd, got us a better rate than our credit union offered.
