We purchased a 2013 Rockwood from RV Outlet , great deal, great service.We sold the Rockwood and purchased a 2018 Jayco Alanti 31V .Matt was our sales person, he was very patient with us, because we couldn't make out mine up. We switch server times from a Class C to a Class A

I will say they have pretty good deals, but if you buy from them and have issues you will be ignored or pushed way ahead I finally took the camper to na heartland service man, and to my surprise the unit was never pdi'd
Pressure checked
I had a leaky sewer pipe, leaky kitchen sink
Leaky grarage sink and a hot water heater that was spewing water I feel all their looking for is that sell once they get that their done with you. my salesman sucked I wish I wouldn't have used him but I did anyway
And by the way we bought a 2018 cyclone 4200 over a 70,000 dollar rv Maybe other people can get a better experience but mine sucked.

I found a camper online that I absolutely loved, it was a 2008 Jayco listed for $8,950. I had my husband call the first thing Friday morning, I was ready to purchase this unit over the phone. However, we were met with resistance by Vic.. he had to get someone to look into the posted price. Needless to say the price was wrong on their website so they increased it to $13,995. That's a HUGE price difference error on someone's part and being a female business owner myself, that is BAD BUSINESS gentlemen. They offered a cash price to us of $11,900 or said we could finance the unit, well I'm not interested in financing Why finance and pay more for something you can pay cash for? I will spend my money and time elsewhere.

Outstanding first time RV buying experience. What's better is that Matt, my salesman, this was his very first sale. Great guys and gals to work with when making an RV purchase. I researched my 2017 Jayco from half a world away, emailed the dealership, and pretty much finalized the deal from 7000 miles away. Living near Richmond, VA, there are several RV dealers who did not want to negotiate with me on price. The guys at RV outlet worked with me, gave me what I wanted, and I was in and out in about 2 hours with my brand new travel trailer. Everyone I met and spoke with was very friendly, from Wes who walked me through the RV orientation, the finance manager who got all of my paperwork done in pretty much record time, to the service personnel, who installed my hitch, my electronic brake box, and hooked me up to the RV. To the Service Manager, thanks for the service discount on the brake box. Much appreciated. You guys are great and I will recommend you to my friends who are in the market for an RV.

Bought our 2017 Forest River Wildwood and had a wonderful experience. Very nice folks and very good to work with. No pushy sales pitch. The salesman seemed interested in doing what was best for us. Had some warranty issues early on but the folks there got things fixed promptly. I highly recommend them!

Jamie has taken so much time helping us look at new and used toyhaulers. She is helpful and not pushy at all. She took the info of what we were looking for and showed us all the options! She sat down with us and helped us narrow down what we really liked. We have not purchased yet but plan to very soon with her!

RUN the other direction! We had a horrible time reaching the salesmen. We finally got the information we were looking for on the 5th wheel we wanted to purchase & Larry quoted us a fee. There were numerous items in the description and things shown in pictures that weren't actually on the unit. Very deceiving! I find this particularly troubling because they pride themselves on nationwide sales. You have no clue what you are getting when the pictures and descriptions are incorrect. Despite all the trouble, we called to place our deposit and the price increased by $500 from our last quoted fee. It was the final straw, these guys cannot be trusted!

Worst rv dealer I ever dealt with. Salesman Wayne didn't return my calls had to keep calling in order to get in touch with him. Took over a week to be able to reach a deal, I was trying to purchase rv before leaving on a week long trip. They ran my credit check, sent a sales agreement to the lender referred to me by the dealer and my loan was processed. This was completed the day I was set to leave for a week. I informed Kendell that I was going to be leaving on a trip for a week she said she would let David (head of sales) know and it would not be a problem. I also e-mailed Wayne I was leaving country for a week and going to be unavailable to reach by phone but could receive e-mails, only to receive an e-mail 3 days in stating they were selling the camper I was buying. Very displeased with this dealership and the way it does business will not recommend to anyone.

We wanted to thank RV Outlet USA for the outstanding help in finding us a great bunkhouse 5th wheel for a terrific price. Jamie Merricks is a highly experienced, patient, vigilant, and caring sales person. She spent a significant amount of time in helping us find a camper that was within our budget while meeting the needs of our family. Jamie was extremely professional as compared to other dealers who chose to spend time attempting to tear down the reputation of RV Outlet USA. I spent a lot of time shopping for our camper across many dealerships and this dealership offered the best price while offering a tremendous selection. I found that RV Outlet USA is a very respectable family owned and operated business. Upon arriving for the pickup, everything was ready to go. Jamie educated me on everything about the camper and the technician came out to explain the 5th wheel hitch and how to connect and disconnect from the camper. A couple minor issues were found during the walk-through, but Jamie was quick to take pictures and followed up with needed service. We are very impressed with this dealership and highly recommend them. Great job RV Outlet USA!!!
