I have been buying jewelry here for several years and will not use any other store. They are extremely helpful and pleasent even if you are just going to have your lifetime battery replaced in your watch. I had to use my warranty on a broken chain today and they gave me wonder service. Thanks to Susan, Emily, Evie and all the people that work there.

I went to this store on yesterday 12/18/17, along with my two daughters to purchase their first pandora ring. The salesperson was rude and very impatient. On several instances I saw her frowning and when my daughters asked questions it was always a smart reply. My daughters wanted the rings so bad that I didn’t want to take the chance of not finding them at another store so I gave them my business on the strength of not disappointing them. My intention was to purchase two necklaces as well but I didn’t because of the rudeness. I could have been confrontational but I chose to take the higher road and post this review instead. Please know that all the stores aren’t like this and I will continue to shop with Reed’s Jewelry, just not this particular store.

I've never written a google review before but after my experience here it's a must. The manager, Susan, was the most helpful person I've ever came across inside a jewelry store. She genuinely cared and made me a priority even though i probably spent the smallest amount of money in there that they had all day. This type of care, no matter how big or small the sale, is what makes them the best store in the area, hands down.

The staff is so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I have a watch, ( that I did not purchase from there, by the way but they carry that brand) that I have had multiple problems with and they have gone out ofsure that they resolve the problem to my satisfaction.every time I have had to take it in to be worked on. They have a fabulous selection of Pandora charms and I just love the atmosphere

I had a great experience at Reeds Jewelers Tuscaloosa. I just graduated from high school and had graduation money and wanted a diamond pendant necklace. Susan and Denae were so friendly and gave me excellent customer service, help in choosing what I wanted and were so nice! Great experience! I'll definitely shop with them again!
