Dr Garlapati is a smart and caring board certified dermatologist. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and do his best to fix the problem. I have full confidence in him!

I came here after numerous other healthcare professionals could not figure out the cause of my symptoms. If I had known how great this place was I could have saved myself a lot of time, money and aggravation.
Dr. Garlapati has been consistently committed to making sure I recover fully from day one. I have my health and quality of life back after a year of consistent issues - thanks exclusively to him.
Additionally, every member of the staff I’ve encountered at this immaculate facility has exhibited a cordial and professional demeanor. Making an appointment is easy, I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen and the cost is spectacular for the expert level of care you receive.

Funny how my original review was removed. Someone in their office called our house a few months ago asking us to remove the negative comment.
I had multiple bad experiences here which caused me to warn others about this place. Every time we made an appointment, we showed up on time and waited almost an hour every time. No sorry or warning or anything. 5 appointments.
Beyond the respect for their patients' time, the doctor and her assistant have no idea what it means to keep the privacy of their patients, private. I was having a procedure done and the assistant was talking about how she didn't sleep for over 24 hours and was giving me a shot - and laughing about it. Then, the doctor comes in the room and is discussing my options and other private matters with the door open and then proceeds to start the procedure with the door still open. No professionalism.
That was almost the last straw until I gave them one more chance and made an appointment with Dr. Bressack. Nothing changed. I waited an hour in the patient room, and finally approached the front desk about having to wait for an hour yet again, and all they did was say the doctor will be right in. No sorry or feeling bad or anything. Waited another 10 minutes and finally doctor came in. Didn't say sorry or anything. Gave me a script and then finished the appointment within 10 minutes.
Just poorly managed, poor bedside manner and poor customer service. Not just once or twice - we had multiple bad experiences here so thought to share with others because I would want to know this information before making an appointment.response / report this review -

Wonderful doctors AND staff here! Have been going to Dr. Bressack for years and now my daughter has been going to Dr. Garlapati. BOTH are FANTASTIC! They take their time, explain anything we need. Office staff is fantastic, helpful, friendly and the assistants to the doctors are FANTASTIC as well! We've been to other dermatology offices in NW Indiana and this one is the BEST!!!

Very nice and professional office. Never have to wait loo long for our appointments. Great hours and accessibility to appointments. Very clean! So glad we found this Dermatology Center!
