  Super friendly staff, and the meat counter is too notch. They make their own sausages in house (12 kinds). We got the Portuguese sausage almost straight from the smoker and it was perfect. The guy making the sausages obviously loves what he's doing.

  This is the best meat market in the west. I never miss stopping when in Helper, but the orders from my friends has gotten big as the word gets out. Also, they have the best pies I have ever tasted, especially the peach. Kielbasa and pie, need I say more!

  R & A Market is the friendliest small town grocery store I've ever been to. They're always more than happy to help with anything you need. I love this place!

  I would like to say to Dean and his staff, how wonderful that the type personalities you have are so public friendly and have customer service above the rest. I appreciated all you did for me and my staff when I had he soup kitchen in Helper. Compassion and the willingness to give of your time is a welcome and heartfelt act. Congratulations on becoming mayor and I do hope the residents of Helper are aware of the outstanding man they have to guide their community during his term. I look forward to watching R & A continue to be a success and for Dean to continue the road of goodness and success he has embarked on in both of these endeavors.
