I met with Devon. He's young in the car sales business, but worked to get me the best deal possible. Though I should have done my due diligence, I wish he would have told me the lease terms, and annual mileage on the car, as I didn't realize I hadn't even asked about these until after payment. The term said 24 months on the website, but it was really 36 months. I know, I should always ask! But clarification on the sales person's end is always helpful. And the mileage was 10,000 instead of 12,000/yr as I had originally thought. But he definitely pulled a ton of strings to get me a good deal. Look forward to picking up my 2018 Chevy Trax.

We just had an excellent experience leasing a 2018 Chevy Volt Premier from Quirk Chevrolet. We worked with Sean Mulkerrins, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about electric vehicles and took the time to answer all our questions. Quirk had the best prices in the state and a very courteous/knowledgeable sales staff. We would travel again to work with them.

I recently leased a truck from Quirk. Vinny, the salesman who I worked with, was very accommodating to my specific needs.

Despite the fact that this transaction was my first lease, Vinny didn't make any attempts to inflate the payments or to put me in a truck that was out of reach. He understood my budget and worked with me. That kind of professionalism reflects positively on the dealership.

Overall good experience and good truck. 5 stars.

Quirk Chevy has the largest inventory of vehicles around. If you can't find it a Quirk you won't find it anywhere else.
We just purchased a new 2018 Chevy Suburban, our third Suburban and the second one that we purchased from Quirk.
Vinny, our salesman was awesome! We came in with our trade and received a very fair price for our trade. Vinny didn't try and nickel and dime us, he gave us a great deal right up front so making the deal was easy.
Before we left with our vehicle Vinny spent more than a half hour going over all of the functions of the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with it before we left.
Overall our experience here was very nice, we weren't rushed or pressured.

I've been in the market for a new Chevrolet Traverse for several months. I always like to shop at the end of the model year and get good deals as dealers are typically trying to liquidate their leftover prior year inventory. After shopping around in Western Massachusetts and the Albany NY area I was not able to find any really good deals. Dealers were willing to shave off a couple grand, but nothing spectacular. That is when I decided a day trip to Boston may be in order. I noticed Quirk was advertising some great deals on 2017 Traverse models, deals almost too good to be true. A late night phone call to the sales manager, Sam, left me again with a deal that just seemed way too good to be true. After reading about so many "bait and switch" experiences with Quirk I was very fearful that I'd be wasting 6 hours of back and forth driving, falling victim such tactics. I couldn't have been more wrong! I showed up at Quirk and was told that I'd be working with a different salesman, named Peter. Here goesthey are switching out the salesman, now comes the switch on price. Turns out there was no switch in price, I was given the car for the exact numbers I worked out over the phone the night before. Peter was a great salesman to work with, Sam too was a great sales manager. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews posted about this dealer, but I will definitely be considering a 6 hour back-and-forth drive again, at any time, for the deals they give.

Easy Day!

I worked mostly through email with Justin, which was very easy. He provided tons of information and multiple quotes/spec based upon my requests specifics.

Once the pricing was set, I went for a test drive with Gene. Again, easy day. Drove the truck around, we confirmed the pricing, and the deal was done. I ended up trading in a vehicle and that was just as easy.

Post deal service has been great. The truck was ready exactly when I asked for it to be. I was in and out in 30-minutes-ish.

Would definitely recommend and return!

Quirk Chevrolet has a knowledgeable, friendly staff that treat you well and keep you informed. Services are done quickly and professionally. I expected to pay much more for an oil change done at a dealership but the price wasn't bad and they finished quickly. Even getting a sticker on the first of the month didn't slow them down. I recommend Quirk Chevrolet.

Service department was great very helpful. They Couldn't fix my infotainment system issue because GM needs to come up with an update but told me to check with them in a month or two, still they were helpful and knowledgeable.

Just got my new Chevy Tahoe a couple days ago from Quirk. Polo was SUPER helpful. I can feel he really wanted to help me to get a great deal and a great car! As I'm not really an expert in this area, Polo was being so patient and helpful all the time, explaining all the things to me. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had! On both occasions I was able to make a great deal with them in 30 to 45 minutes. The staff is well educated with the products they sell. They really do appreciate a customer's business.
