It is the idea place to shoot and the staff is great. Cheaper ammo would have been a definite 5 stars.
Absolutely the best treatment you could imagine. The staff is so friendly. The establishment is beautifully decorated with unique artwork. There's complimentary donuts, coffee, and water. The bathrooms are clean and smell fresh. They even had a basket of candy for the Halloween season. It's family friendly we come every weekend!
Professional, courteous, offering Class III firearms for rental. Been to a lot of ranges in GA, FL, VA, SC - QuickShot ATL one is def among the top 3
Great place to go and relax. Awesome staff. I really enjoy my visits, everytime.
So. I walk in, with three friends, French exchange students who have never shot a gun and are about to leave the US. Essential American experiences and all that. The guy behind the counter is rude to me from the start, gives us nasty looks, etc. which I am prepared to overlook. THEN, when he asks if there are any first timers and I reply yes, all of those three, but I'm fine instructing them (which has been totally okay at many ranges I've been to) he replies in an extremely bratty and sarcastic tone "so actually, we're gonna have one of us do that, y'know, someone who's actually trained to teach". I'M AN NRA CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. AND A LONG TIME 3-GUN SHOOTER. And did no one mention on your first day that you're not supposed to be a dick to customers?? To top it all off, the "instructor" who was assigned to them seemed to be very ignorant, was absolutely terrible at communicating, and couldn't even figure out how to work the chamber release on one of my revolvers. Let me repeat. I had to HELP the person who was "y'know, actually trained to teach".
Aaaanyway, after all that the experience improved, and after asking to speak to the supervisor who turned out to be a delightful and knowledgeable young lady, she informed me that she had received many complaints about those guys, apologized, and offered me a coupon for a free Class 3 gun rental. So basically, as soon as the idiot staff left us alone, everything was peachy. I really hope they've been fired by now and replaced by decent human beings who are properly, y'know, trained.
Current member here. This location is less busy then the other one. Pretty good selection of rentals, staff is willing to help you out. Free donuts and coffee. You can shoot steel core ammo on this range.
I love this location, I'm just getting into guns. Had the opportunity to shoot an ozzie! My trainer Quentin was so patient with me and super informative. I had a great experience!!! Please go by and see the folks at quickshot off Briarcliff, you will not regret it!
This is my first gun range I've ever been to. The staff members were really helpful in helping my load my gun better. I think it is in their best interest to help their customers though since they get all levels of gun owners coming in. They have all you need for rent, but I preferred to save some cash by buying my own bullets. $1.50 for items such as ear muffs and paper targets is pretty reasonable. They also give you free coffee and doughnuts.
Love this range. Very nice staff. Huge lobby and lots of rental guns. They even have full auto weapon rentals. Weekends have free donuts and everyday is free coffee and candy. Can't beat this range. Highly recommended.
Very friendly people. They were helpful when I had questions. I rented some guns and brought my own, and they gave me a nice walkthrough/demo of the rented ones.
I'm in my early 20's, and my friends and I are often singled out/ watched in most ranges. This was not the case here, they treated me just like any other guest.
If you have never been to a shooting range you should start at quickshot. The staff is extremely helpful and the place is not intimidating for beginners. You can rent many different guns to try out. They even have fresh cookies most days.
Great staff. Incredible selection. Makes first time or uncomfortable shooters feel at ease. Offer novice and advanced classes. Price can be high, but you get what you pay for.
One of my favorite places to hang out, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The regulars are quite helpful too and there are donuts on weekends for patrons. It is a great place from experienced shooters to folks want to learn about firearms, all levels are welcome.
An excellent indoor firing range, in truth the best range in this part of Atlanta. The facility is clean and extremely well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Safety is paramount here, with a range safety officer on duty at all times. The safety officer is generous with advice and tips, yet is always alert. The machine gun rentals provide for an excellent experience and this location provides ongoing firearm safety and skill classes. A gem in this area, every shooter in this section of Atlanta should visit, there will be no disappointment!
