I hsve visited the Princeton center about three times a year since it opened --perhaps forty or more, its people are ALWAYS prompt, professional, courteous and pleasant.
Myself and my wife had visited the branch a few weeks back for getting some regular checkups done. We've certainly had better welcoming experiences in other branches. I am giving 3 stars coz at least my wife's case was handled warmheartedly.
Really bad service. They lost a blood sample and NEVER contacted us to let us know. We had to call them. The 800 number/call center said they had no record of a sample being taken. When I contacted the blood draw site, they said they didn’t know about it but would check into it. They didn’t know what happened to the sample and please note they sounded unaware of the loss and DID NOT contact us. Because the test had to be re-done, medical care was delayed. When asked to provide the root cause of what went wrong, they said, “We don’t do that.” Since this was a blood sample am wondering how many other samples are out in the world, just hanging around.
