First time at this facility. Easy to get to, very friendly staff. My blood draw was one of the best. Honestly didn't feel a thing. I wiah i could remember the persons name that drew my blood aoi can give her due credit. Inly flaw i see is the electronic sign in. There are some persons that are lets just say not comfortable with computers and there should be someone to assist them. Maybe even set up a second screen to speed up the early morning sign in.

I've been here 15 times and don't like getting blood drawn. These people are amazing and kind. Quick service never longer than 5 minutes.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this facility. I'm fairly new to town so before I had my appointment I did my research to find the location. Although there is no huge sign with Quest Diagnostics written on it. Common sense would tell you to use the address given on the site that also has directions to this location, so getting lost is really no excuse. I found this place with ease. I was greeted promptly and the staff members are very kind and considerate. My appointment was at 10:45 am and I left at 10:50. (My blood work wasn't too extreme ) I know exactly where I am going to have any blood work done in the future.

operatimg hours are not adhered to. we arrived at this facility at 3:40PM facility was empty, we were informed they werent taking anyone after 3:30PM. If your hours ar till 4:00PM you should be taking customers until then. So we go again the next morning, 50 people are waiting to be seen when asked the approximate wait time the staff states I don't know. The customer service and personal skills required are sorely lacking at this facility. To date we have been unable to obtain our blood test with the specified lab company specified by our insurance carrier.

I spent half an hour looking for this place because they do not have the decency to put up a sign! And then when I finally found the place they said they stop their testing at 3:30 because they close at four. Thanks alot, but I think you could be doing a better job at serving your customers. They should close at 3:30 not four since they stop serving their customers at that time.
