There was a mix up with paperwork. My husband was waiting with my children patiently while I was in the next room over trying to handle it, the person actually kicked him out of the room. He said she was very rude about it, he was trying to gather up the stroller and the bag. She kept telling him to get out, you could hear her next door. Turns out she actually had called back another patient while he was trying to get situated. She was rushing him while the other patient waited in the hall. Very unprofessional!!

Since Quest moved we have been here a about 8 times,I have recommended it several times.
Today, they had issues. The top name stayed on the board and my mom's was removed. They called in someone who came in after us. I stopped the nurse and asked 'Hurried' she said we were bout to be called. Then another walk in got called, again I asked and the second nurse said they were appointments and we were about to get called. She was right about being called but apparently doesn't realize the electronic board shows walkin, appointment and drop-off status for each person. There was one drop off everyone from the lady before and two after us were walk-ins.
I understand mistakes happen, but being blown off twice and then getting a b.s. answer infuriates me. I would have rather heard 'something wrong, we will call you next'.
There seemed to be a lot of disorganization and confused leadership today, unusual for this location.
The tech that drew the blood was fantastic, otherwise I would have given a 1.

First time user. I made an appointment on-line. I was impressed by the computerized log-in system when I got there. My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived 10 minutes early and I was out by 11:27. My phlebotomist was fast and efficient. No qualms about going back!

Excellent experience at the Churchill Square Quest location. First time to this location, had read the negative reviews prayed before going, and had an excellent experience! Made appointment online (someone cancelled, I got in quickly and in the morning for a fasting draw). Could see on a monitor how long before I was called, as well as the 15-20 walk-ins who were waiting. None of the walk-ins showed more than 8-10 minutes of wait time before being called. Reminded me of flying stand-by on Delta. Staff was personable and professional - Elizabeth was quick and painless with the blood draw. Arrived at 8:20 am, called back at 8:28, Elizabeth quickly found the doc's order in their system, drew 5 vials, I walked out to my car at 8:38. Less than 2 hours later and hardly a mark on my arm. Doesn't get any better than that.

Horrible experience here. Had to go twice, because the first time I waited 30 minutes to be told they didn't have my info. The second time the lady called me by a name different than mine, and thought it was funny. Then the phlebotomist took my blood, and blew the vein in my arm. It's been bruised for a week and a half now. Very unprofessional place overall.

I never have a problem with this office. Wait times can be a bit long,so I usually make appointment. Staff is polite and professional.

We had 2 people in our family that needed lab work. We went in the morning with no appointment. It was really busy and we were still out within 45 minutes. Tech & student drawing blood were great. Would have been a 5 star except for the lady who signed us in. The personal conversation she was having with a coworker sounded pleasant & cheerful but she was quite short and rude sounding with me.
