I have seen a few negative reviews about this location.I visited this morning becsuse of it's convenience. They are prompt, helpful,courteous and extremely pleasant.The place is old yes but clean and up to date, I had a very pleasant experience.

Appointment appoinment! dont have an appointment been waiting an hour.. If not seen within hour in half will change my rating. Unsure how walk in policy goes. All O.know I really need to urinate! Bladder hurting now😐😐 book an appointment! Small waiting area. Staff doing job no complaints.

Worst place I've ever been for any labs. To start off the lobby looks dilapidated. Rust on the walls from what I can assume is the metal studs rusting from inside the wall. Granted they probably can't do anything about that but once you walk into their office you walk into a crowded room. I scheduled an appointment at 12:15 for a urine drug screening, it is currently 12:42, I have a full bladder and no hope as to when I'm going to be called. There's no point in making an appointment because it is obviously not honored. I would drive the extra miles to any other questions diagnostics because I will never return to this one.

After reading the reviews I expected to hate this place but surprisingly I received quick and friendly service. I walked in around 8:50 am without an appt for a drug screening via urine and was out in less than 45 mins. Get here early and you should be fine.

No stars for this place. You never get anyone on the phone. There is always a recording saying the office is closed even during open hours. I did a test and after a month they still did not send results back to my doctor and I tried calling without success. This place is crap. People could die waiting for results.

Worst experience EVER!!! Dirty, rude, hours to wait to even call your name before you even go to the back - Do yourself a favor and never go here - it would be better to drive to another quest an hr away- SO TERRIBLE!!!

Even though you have the option of making an appointment online, I personally don't think it makes a big difference, show up before your appointment time ,you'll still end up waiting at least 30 mns.But staff is polite,I got to give credit where it is due. The waiting room is small with limited sitting, the clientele is not really classy(if you know what I mean), if you're a picky person this location is not for you.Fyi this place is not wheelchair accessible.

When ever I go to this Lab I never have a problem I always try to make an appointment before I go it takes about 15 to 20 minutes the staff are always nice am an hard stick so I'll tell whoever is taking care of me and they got it on one stick that's my experience.
