I bought my car a little over a year ago and had so many problems and they was never solved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO THEM TO GET IT REPAIRED EVEN UNDER WARRENTY!! I bought it. Had brake problems. Still has brake problems. Had a tire with problems. Said they never found anything wrong. A year and still have a problem with the front tires. They said nothing was wrong with it but yet a found a plug in it and there was no plug in it when I bought it. Lied to me. Didn’t replace it. Both front tires leak. Complained many times. Warranty ran out and they never fixed the issues. But yet called and tried selling me multiple cars.

I just recently purchased my first car. I had browsed around at other car dealerships trying to find a car that I liked and would fit in my budget. I had reached out to Matt to inquire about a price on a car and he responded quickly and was very helpful. I decided to stop by the dealership two weeks ago to check out a car that I had been looking at on their website. As I was finishing the test drive Matt had me stop at the service center to see what it was like and to meet Jeff Uhl who runs the service department. All of the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help their customers. When I was ready to purchase the car I called Matt and told him and when I pulled into the dealership an hour later he had all of the paper work laid out and ready to go. I would highly recommend Queen City Motors to anyone. They have excellent vehicles at a reasonable cost and a staff that cares more about taking care of the customer and what they need as opposed to just trying to sell a car to anyone who pulls in the lot. I have had my car for two weeks now and I have already received a phone call from Matt checking to see if everything was going well. Thank you again Queen City Motor, this definitely will not be my last vehicle that I purchase from them!

We just purchased a beautiful certified one owner Chevy Equinox from this dealer and had the pleasure of working with Tim and Matt. Both were wonderful to work with, and Tim even spent the entire afternoon, after hours on a Saturday, working through the paperwork, giving us a test drive, and patiently waiting on my mechanic husband to look over every square inch of the car. Both salesmen were very helpful, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure our car buying experience went smoothly. We're so excited about this purchase, which came with a great price tag and top notch warranty. We'd recommend Queen City to anyone looking for their next automobile.

Tim and his folks at Queen City Motors give respect to what it used to mean to be a family owned and operated business. I've had good and bad car buying experiences, but my experience at Queen City Motors was nothing short of fantastic. I came from out of state to make my purchase. Tim worked with my bank and myself over the phone and email to accomplish the sale prior to my arrival so the final documentation would go quickly. Tim pulled out all stops, even went as far as to help me get a discounted hotel rate near by for my stay in Cumberland. As with any used vehicle, mine had an unseen quirk or too. These were no one's fault, but Tim addressed them under his warranty anyway. How a company handles a customer service issue tells the true tale about the integrity of an establishment. Tim and Queen City Motors are leagues above any dealership I've dealt with thus far. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 2013 ford fusion titanium from Queen city motors. The vehicle is a great car and runs great as well. I had a great experience with Travis. He helped me with any questions I had and helped me find the car that I really wanted. They were very nice and willing to work with me on the car that I traded in. By far the best car buying experience that I have had! Definitely will go back when I need a new car!
