Renee was the dispatcher very professional very kind and courteous, even called me back to let me know when he was on his way .
Ben was my driver and he is fantastic very kind and courteous as well I will definitely be referring everyone to to Quality Towing.
I'd give them a 10 if I could instead of 5 stars .
I definitely appreciate the service they have provided.

Today my car stopped in the middle of my street . I called my roadside assistance company and Quality towing was called. The text I received from my RA company said 90-120 minutes. Within 20 minutes Quality called and said they would be here within 10. Mr Bobby showed up and he is super quick, asked questions, assessed the situation, and said he would get it here before they closed. Mr Bobby was professional, nice, quick and on top of it. Im very pleased with how he handled everything.

Highly recommended for towing needs! Bobby was the nicest man ever! He even made the situation of a broke down car positive! Great attitude for so early in the morning! This is not the first time I’ve used Quality Towing and it will not be my last!

While on vacation, I needed a tow late at night on a holiday weekend, and Quality Towing provided great service. The driver dispatched to me was named Ben. He was very courteous and made the unfortunate circumstance an enjoyable encounter. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow.

This fine guy got us out of a terrible pinch! We were towing a car on a dolly behind a motorhome and the dolly turned but the car - not so much. The car lodged against the dolly and the motorhome had no where else to go. He figured it out by lifting the rear of the car until it dislodged from the dolly and saved the car from a lot of damage. (BTW this sounds a lot simpler than it actually was!) Good Sam's Club roadside service secured them and covered it so koodos to them too!
