I needed to get a newer car and I worked with Ridge. We went on a test drive and then after some discussion on the price we were able to come to an agreement. I slept on it and came back and picked the car up the next day. This was overall a great experience and everyone there was a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again!

I walked into this place wanting an SUV to buy for my son that just graduated from school. I cant believe the treatment that I received from the so-called sales manager or maybe he was a finance man at Quality Preowned. I had a friend tell me that this was a good place to buy a car because Ralphe Trapnall owns it and will look after me. I am sure that he will but after the treatment I received from this guy is absolutely awful. He talked down on me and laughed in my face. I don't understand what I did to him for him to treat me so bad but he isn't great for customer satisfaction. I would not go back and be treated this way because there is other places to buy a vehicle. It was going to be a cash deal and all I asked for was for around 500 better price.
