Decent place, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, clean rooms, parking area is tight for anything much larger than a car. I'd stay here again.
So to make it short, very friendly and patient staff who went the extra mile to make sure myself and co workers were happy. From fufilling constant request for towels and card keys to making sure we ate breakfast the staff made us feel as if we were in the most prestiged resort. The rooms were clean, food was good, and the energy was positive.
Great room for the price. Hotel was clean even though it was a bit older. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Good selection and they kept everything replenished. No elevator and didn't have vending or ice machine on every floor.
Location is convenient off I77 with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are in good shape. The staff helpful. This hotel does not have an we elevator, so you will have to use ramps if handicapped or carry luggage up stairs.
Our room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable so we had a great night's sleep. Lots of room to move around and the shower had great pressure and was relaxing.
Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a lot of variety. The only negatives are: We did not receive our 7am wake-up call we had requested when we checked in and although the gravy, eggs and sausage were hot, they definitely did Not taste good.
The location is wonderful as we were only 7 minutes (under 3 miles) from the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I gave it 4 stars and yes, I will stay here again.
Stayed here the weekend of 4th of July 2017. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and very helpful. Everything in the room worked (except for the up channel button on my remote). It happens. Here is what I appreciated the most - soft towels, soft toilet paper, and an incredibly clean and organized breakfast area. Overall a great stay in a competitively priced value hotel.
Night staff Anthony was very polite and helpful. Morning staff, Theresa, rude and short answer. King size bed had a huge lump and the middle sagged. When I told Theresa she said it's all new furnitureI told her I had to sleep in the chair and the bed put my neck out. She just repeated new furniture. Breakfast was good, except the eggs and the place was clean. I was only informing her about the bedshe had no concern and treated me like I was looking for a discount. Which we had already got with AARP.
Hillary at the front desk was awesome sauce, I told her I needed a room on ground floor and would be arriving late so when I walked in dragging all my stuff very late in the evening, she had my room ready lights and heat on and then went out of her way and helped me with my bags. The price is good but and rooms are small but mini fridge and microwave made up for it.
I stay at this hotel a few times a year. It is competitively priced. It's clean, but a bit dated. It has three floors, but no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs of not on the first floor. They do have a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Staff was attentive and friendly. Convenient to mall and lots of restaurants, and football Hall of fame.
No complaints. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean.
Good location and price. Room was kind of small and bed a little too firm for my taste, but great value.
Check in was good Trisha was very helpful. The room is very nice a king size bed with 4 pillows. The TV is a a 40 inch. There is a refrigerator and a microwave.
