The first room the heat did not work. The second room and only room available the door was rotted and filthy, the bath tub drain was corroded and disgusting, the sheets were bally and not clean feeling, and the channels on the paper they gave us at chk in were NOT available and the channels that were available were fuzzy and not clear. I have taken pictures. The rack to hang clothes was rusty and there are HUGE poison traps lining the walkway to the lower level room. I have been a choice member for years and this stay is enough to make me consider looking into another hotel brand. The staff at this hotel was VERY VERY friendly and nice, no complaints about the staff at all. I would not have stayed in this room even if I had been PAID to stay there, let alone PAYING to stay in such horrible conditions. We had no other choice for this trip. I have never written a negative review before.
This was actually a really nice hotel. I was there for marine graduation so it was packed and the parking lot was full but the rooms were really nice. They were clean and the showers were better than a lot of other hotels I've been too. The employees were really nice especially the guy at the front desk.
Good modest and clean place to lay your head. No odor. Friendly and helpful staff. Helpful amenities like fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, hot breakfast, gym and outdoor pool. Good place nearby Marine base to attend graduation.
We recently stayed at Quality Inn at Town Center. We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and we had a hot breakfast every morning. The location was very convenient to Parris Island and numerous restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
Staff is fantastic. Expect hard floors and no carpet.
Be warned there will be cockroaches. The chest of drawers have seen better days.
The wifi was okay speed and the TV is just analog with no fancy features.
This is a nice hotel at a fair price. It was acceptably clean and I felt safe. It is close to Beaufort's main stores and restaurants. For a traveler passing through, this is a good bet.
I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the tub drain was completely blocked and the housekeeper banged on the door 3 hours before checkout. That was annoying.
This place has BED BUGS!!!(it came crawling out of my pillow case). The furniture was broken, stained linen, pillows! that should have been thrown away months ago(covered in slobber stains). MOLD and MILDEW! around the tub and water fixtures. Housekeeping did not remove dirty towels in the bathroom( 1 found behind the door). Please someone tell the Health Inspector in town to check this place out. I have pictures if anyone needs proof. ðŸ˜
My stay was for business. Quality Inn staff was great but my only issue was the dead/live bugs in my room. I had to buy a broom to sweep them up because I was going to be there for five nights. Other than that I recommend this hotel. My room service was great as well. She kept my bed very nice/neat. I would recommend more attention to the sweeping/moping of the floors and some type of pest control.
I stayed here when my son graduated from boot camp. We had made connections with other families, and they stayed there too. I though tthe place was great, was just what we needed. I needed two rooms that connected, one for me and my daughter, and another one for my sons friends..for convenient to Parris Island. Stayed two nights, pool was nice. Wanted to go over to Hilton Head, we were there on Labor Da weekend, the front desk said it would be so busy and said to try this state park ( it was a beach state park) instead so we did, and it was amazing. Loved every minute of it. If you are going to the boot camp graduation and family day, this is a perfect place, inexpensive and meets the basic needs
I was really worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but I guess I got a good room, didn't have any issues. It's a little run down, yes, but the room had newer carpet, the bed was good and clean, the mattress had a bedbug cover on it. The room isn't perfect, but we got a good night sleep, the breakfast wasn't half bad and the pool was great, they even had a lot of pool towels stocked up at the pool. The staff was friendly and nice.
Great service from Myra at check in & other staff whose names I did not note @ check out. Property is a little dated, but room 319 was clean, maintained & relatively updated. Fair price for the property & location close to downtown Beufort (within a mile +/-). Could try to control flies in breakfast room. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Seemed safe & secure for the two nights we stayed. If you're on a budget, I would recommend.
Bed was very hard, breakfast waffles were great, sausage edible, eggs not so much. Good pastry selection. Walls are very thin, can hear other guests outside easily. Pool was clean.
Listenconsidering the location and price..this place is great. We spent 9 nights on a major vacation and staff and room were just right. It's not the Hilton or a Bay Front B&B but we saved a Thousand $$. They were real Co operative with helping us keep our motorcycle trailer on the premises.and the Marine Families stay here.so we were well protected !! Enough said. John Schubert. Illinois.
