We had a very nice relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and we liked the location of the resort. We went later in the season and it was nice as most of the younger crowd was gone. Best meal we had was at the Boardwalk. Breakfast at Frosty's was pretty good as well. Will return!

When i pay 140 bucks a night and plan on having a relaxing vacating i expect basic amenities. Like a functioning TV and a TP roll holder that doesn't fall off the wall. Seriously, the "handyman" came into my room 3 times to fix the toilet paper roll holder, spent over an hour and STILL didn't get it to stay on the wall. Management treated me and my family like we were a bunch of partying frat boys, the lobby was filed with laundry to be folded, the whole thing pretty unprofessional. 2 stars because the hot tub was pretty nice.

The staff was amazing! They we're really helpful and accommodating. The rooms was decent but really gross! We found someone's eyelashes that didn't belong to anyone in the suite on our comforter, the sheets were itchy, there was a half drunk coke in our fridge when we arrived The carpets we're stained but A++ on the black out curtains! No clue when our Continental breakfast started or ended as there was 0 info or paperwork detailing what the options we're.

WiFi did not work the entire two nights we stayed there. Nice place otherwise and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good nothing special though. This place is like a holiday inn or best western.. average nice hotel.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. There was ripped linen on one of the beds, the tv remotes did not work right, and the drain in the shower was not staying open. Staff was quick to respond, but could not get the drain fixed. We had to shower with a wash cloth holding the drain open. Pool was excellent. Hot tub looked great, but we didn't get in, it was an 80 degree day. Golf cart kept backfiring and was a little bit loud. It was right at 250 for the night for a six person room with the Golf cart. There was a nice continental breakfast, but all of the resorts they own use one dining area, so it does get very crowded. Check in staff was abrupt and not very knowledgeable. Checkout staff was friendly and accommodating.

We are on the island often! When we don't bring our boat we always stay at the Put In Bay resort! The staff is amazing! They are always willing to help. Our room is always clean and they are definitely the most updated on the island. The pool is awesome and the bar staff handles large crowds like it's a slow day! Love how close it's is to downtown but yet far enough away to not hear everything!

First of all, let me start by saying I have been to several hotels and this by far was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. We were racially profiled from the very beginning when we walked into the facility. My friend had a put out cigar in his hands and the manager came knocking on the door and tried throwing us out of we did not pay the 250$ smoking fee in cash right then. We had to go with drawl all of our spending money for a cigar that was not even lit. Then the entire stay we have had maintaince and security knock telling us we can not open our windows(windows that open). They went on to say that it's in the contract we sign not to open the windows. NEVER ONCE did any paper say anything about not opening windows. We've been followed by security and all. On top of all this, we go for their continental breakfast and the fruit has mold (which I uploaded the pictures) and the elevators on the way down to breakfast were trashed. Also, in our hotel room.there are dead bugs smashed to the ceiling and window sills that were clearly there before we got there. The only friendly person was the lady that checked us in. Other than that, my fiance and friends will NEVER stay here again.

Fun and very clean. Security was good and saw several girls trying to sneak extra people in and they stopped them. Glad to see this as we had a peaceful nights rest.

My friends and I were so excited for this trip, but we were very disappointed by the time our 3-4 day stay ended.
For starters, the shower's were dirty. They had hair and dirt in them.
There was barely any toilet paper on the rolls and we had 8 people staying in our Villa. When we went to get more, they acted like they had to ration them out. The same went for other supplies such as paper towels.
The beds were impossibly uncomfortable, just straight springs honestly.
By day 2 we had other issues Apparently this Resort things they reign above all else. Someone had a wrist band break off during the partying/festivities and what not resulting in this place refusing to believe that even just one of their precious wristbands could be defective. They told us, you either find the broken one and we can switch it out or you can pay $100 for a new wristband!
That was not the only issue with the staff.
They acted suspicious of us our whole stay there Whether it was watching us from across the lot or making accusations, it was ridiculous.
We were one of very few groups staying there so maybe they were bored, but that is no reason to treat us so disrespectfully!
One can't help but to wonder if it had anything to do with us being a very diverse group of people from various walks of life of which they did not seem used to.response / report this review -

We did not stay here actually. We have in the past at the edgewater resort owned by the same person. This review is to thr character of the owners. Please know before you reserve. II literally don't even want to give them one star. Please. These are the most terrible owners I've ever come across. They charge you for a night at the island you can't even get to because the ferries are not running. In the words I've heard all night long from many In the same position as me, these people are SNAKES. BEWARE. if you value supporting local business with kind hearts?? Do not take your business here. Their advice was to charter a plane. Oh, yeah ok. Because I'm made of money. No. Just a single working momma trying to get a break and have fun. Thanks edgewater. You have taught me a valuable lesson. We will never, ever be back. It made me sick to even give one star.
