  I paid full amount for full body laser hair removal for myself and my daughter. We only had one treatment and they closed up the medspa place. They decided that they don't want to finish the treatments anymore and don't refund our money either. They said that Deanna didn't give them the money or record the document they said she has not been depositing money for few months and they didn't receive my money from her. First of all I don't even know that if they are telling the truth and even if they are it is not my fault that they did not watch their employee. All I know that they ripped me off they took my money and did not honor their words.

  She called the day of, my appointment two times and cancelled, when I showed up for my appointment no one knew where she was and apparently doesn't work there anymore

  Not sure what's happened to Deanna but as someone who paid for 6 sessions and only got 3, sure would like to hear from her.

  Showed up for my second treatment with Deanna. The ladies working in the office said she is no longer there and they didn't know why she wasn't contacting her clients. They said people are showing up on a daily basis for appointments because she hasn't contacted them. I feel like Deanna took my money and other clients and then bailed without providing services. Medspa may be ok but Deanna is a fraud.

  I've had great experience here. Deanna is personable and compassionate, and the laser treatments are effective and affordable. Highly recommended!

  Absolutely amazing! Super nice facility, extremely clean, and I didn't have to wait at all. The staff is very professional, friendly and they know what they are doing. I had laser hair removal and the results were very quick and noticeable. I am so happy with my investment and I will definitely be back for more,.
