Open 7 days a week. They have a huge lot with a wide selection of car makes to choose from. Be aware that they will start rushing you to get off the lot and head to checkout 30 minutes before closing. This is their every day routine.

Pull-a-part is great. they have a lot of good junk cars to pull parts off of. Go there when you need good quality used parts , but you have to pull them off yourself.

Very difficult process to sell a junk car that's only good for parts. Waste of time calling them. you will sit on hold for at least 20 minutes to be very disappointed.

They do not catalogue parts, just the vehicle. They also don't seem to catalogue the trim level or sub-model (which can be a big deal especially in 2-door vs 4-door trucks). Adding it to their catalogue would be a marked improvement. If there's only one or two you should go in expecting the part to be gone already. It is a junkyard after all. I was only able to get some of the mounting screws/plugs for the panel I needed and they didn't charge. Probably due to the $2 per person cover fee. Your mileage may vary, some cars were more picked apart than others.

Got in relatively quickly even when it was fairly busy. They tell you where on the lot the car(s) are (you can check ahead online), then the next counter inspects the tool box (no torches, etc.), charge you per person and you're in. Pull it apart yourself and then go back through the checkout. Went pretty fast.

Their website and on-site computer system stated they had a 1997 Jeep Cherokee. Paid the admission fee only to find out it was a 1997 Jeep GRAND Cherokee. Obviously the person labeling made a mistake or doesn't know cars well enough to understand the difference. Since I came specifically for a vehicle they supposedly had but didn't, I asked for a refund of the admission fee which they wouldn't provide. The manager explained that the computer doesn't know the difference between a Cherokee and a Grand Cherokee despite me showing him that the computer does show different options for both as does their website. He said that's just how it goes sometimes and he doesn't have any control over how the cars are labeled or entered into the computer system. For as large of a company as there are, I find it hard to believe that this is the stance they take when people drive from all over the state to come here for parts. It's a shame no one takes pride in their work or stands behind their products.

The place is amazing and very organized. I find what I am looking for, the only problem is the person in charge to collect has no idea or knowledge of the parts, they charge a random price.. :(

This is how junk yards used to be - where you could do a little exploring and get the parts you need. Is the customer service a little lacking? Well, it's about the same as anywhere else. If you're expecting red carpet treatment, then you're not being realistic. The prices overall are very good, the yard is well laid out and tidy, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Bring your tools, bring some water, wear a pair of hard sole shoes, and have some way to clean yourself up afterwards.
