This is the worst consignment I've ever visited. The girl behind the counter was rude and unprofessional and the owner was stuck up and unhelpful. I strongly urge you to find somewhere else to do business, this place is a waste of time. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Terrible service. Owner acts like she's better than everyone else. Donated my clothes when I consigned there even though I said I'd come pick up the next day. They were rude to me and my friends when we came in with our kids. Over priced, and not worth the hassle. Apparently they missed the memo that they're selling USED CLOTHES!!! And not for nothing, if it wasn't for people like the rest of us, they wouldn't have a lousy minimum wage job to begin with.

I brought in five pairs of high end shoes summer of '09'. Fendi, Chloe', two pairs of Dolce@Gabbana, and Michael Kors. When I brought them in they were in their original dust bags and they were all in excellent condition. I asked if they were taking any more items to sell and the answer was NO. Once I pulled them out they decided they would take them, I signed there senseless contract and that was it. When I came back at the end of the contract the women behind the counter went to get my shoes. They weren't in their dust bags and she couldn't find the Chloe's. "WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!"
The owner was RUDE, UNCOUTH, INCONSIDERATE well you get the idea. We had words I left and proceed to tell my well-to-do friends to pass the word around that they "SUCK!!!" Don't do it to yourself, save yourself the drama!!!
