Had a new A/C unit installed and had a few problems but they were always right on top of it and Jim was very professional and polite. He didn't give up and made sure everything was taken care of . I'm very happy with their services. Also a big shout out to Angie who works in the office. No matter how often I called she was Always extremely polite and professional and made you feel like you were the only customer.

Charlie at Comfort Experts was great. Even though it was not an emergency they were fast and responsive. Charlie took the time to diagnose and give me options. I very much appreciated not getting a sales job on something I don’t really need now. It’s good to find honest and responsive service. For those looking for a good AC company - just call them now.

Josh thoroughly checked the UV air sanitizer/deodorizer and replaced the burned-out bulbs. Very professional work.

Diagnosed the leaking compressor on Sunday and had a new AC installed less than 24hrs later. The cash and military discounts are appreciated and made the new system a great value.

Provide a comprehensive estimate for a mini split for my garage.

AC stopped working. Called at 8:30 pm. Bryan was here by 9:30 pm. He cleared a clogged drain line and had AC restored in 20 minutes. Can I give 6 stars for service?

Charlie arrive before the appointment time which was great because we were without AC for 2 days. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it up and running in no time. Another company I had called cancelled the day of the appointment. Comfort Air was called last minute and they accommodated us the same day stating they were available 24/7. I would definitely use these folks again.
