  Clean store with good service. I got a sub at the deli and it was great. We are doing electrical recovery work after hurricane Irma in the area so it was good to get a good tasting meal. Price was not bad either. So if your in the Key West area Publix is a good place to go. Deli has great subs.

  Publix opened up after hurricane Irma, brought in outside staff so that local workers could stay with thier family if they wanted. It was amazing and our community is so appreciative! I was a loyal Publix girl before but now for I will be for life!!

  Great place to shop. This is one of the first places I go for food shopping. It is well maintained and clean. There is ample parking as well. I especially like that you do not need a store card for the specials. If you are a carb junky you will enjoy the large selection of breads. I try and stay out of the bakery area or I'll end up buying to much bread.

  Don't order subs online.
  Everytime we order them, they are wrong.
  Today, I decided to call.
  The manager really didn't seem to care. She did say she would refund my money however, she said, " I really don't know what to tell you. I mean, I apologize and I'll talk to the deli."
  That's the problem. It all starts with poor management.
  I'm tired of paying for things and not getting what I pay for.
  How hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich?

  Great produce, helpful staff, and variety in products. So far ALL my products purchased have not turned (meat from WinnDi#! € would be gray by now.2 days before expiration and strawberries 3 days don't have gray hair) , so it's the best place I've shopped from Big Key Pine on downso far.

  Publix is essential when needing groceries. They have the best products though not always at the lowest prices they are fair. The meat and produce quality cannot be beat. Though at times you cannot get all your favorite products at one store and it is necessary to visit their other location quarter mile West. This can be slightly annoying as each store seems to carry different products.

  I see my experience wasn't typical, but it was what happened all the same. I initially chose them for their high rating on google, but what followed was not an isolated incident. It was months of confusion and a loss of faith in their ability to deliver. It was terrible. I will never rely on Publix for any catering ever again. They added so many headaches to what was already a difficult time.
  
  We were planning a destination wedding in Key West. We ordered the items and payed in full at least three months in advance. We received several odd calls from Publix where confusion was being expressed over the date and the order. The workers were attempting to make our order weeks earlier than it was needed AND it was incorrect. Items were being added and removed from our order at a whim it seemed. At one point, I spoke with a lady from the Deli who became very offensive when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She did not want to transfer me and instead insisted that we could behave like normal people and correct the problem ourselves. Until she became aggressive I didn't perceive a problem with the employee, it is a wedding and I felt I should speak to a supervisor! That was all! We became very concerned and cancelled all our food items save some fresh fruit, vegetables, and hummus meant to be served as an appetizer just in case something else went wrong we would at least have entrees and a cake at the wedding from our other caterers.
  
  The coup de grâce came the day of the wedding. My groom who was to pick up the appetizers received a frantic call from a male employee at Publix. He informed us that our order was found crammed in a drawer in his desk. Did we need that order? Did we need it that day? It almost went unmade! I should hope that we need it by the date we ordered it for, that is how catering works isn't it? Again, the order had been paid in full well in advance. I shudder to think what would have happened if they had to bake a cake a few short hours before the wedding Be careful when ordering catering from here!
