Where do I begin I actually love Publix, the one on 524 which was my neighborhood Publix until I moved three weeks ago. Now my neighborhood Publix is on Courtney Parkway in Merritt Island across from Target. My 1st visit there a very young cashiere and bag boy were making fun of a customer in line in front of me when she left. She didn't use her card correctly the first time I guess. My second visit a girl bagging my groceries made a rude comment about the chicken nuggets I was buying for my children. Lastly my 3rd visit I had an older man who was again bagging my groceries notice I was pregnant and asked what I was having I said a girl, and since I was there with my other two daughters this guy says and I quote "you only make girls?" I don't understand what is wrong with the people at rhus Publix but it's enough to make me go out of my way to shop at my old Publix where they actually treat customers with respect. I am not a complaint type person but 3 times in 3 separate visits in one week I had to say something Tha entire store on Courtney Parkway in Merritt Island across from Target needs retrained in customer service, when I worked in retail this behavior was unacceptable at my company Too bad this is happening at a Publix I love Publix.

I think the management team will remember this review. The reason I am giving this place a two-star experience is because of their over the counter "Nature's Made" prenatal vitamins that are expired for more a year, and there were 2 or 3 of them. So, why are you doing this type of business approach to your customers, Publix of North Courtenay Parkway? Please don't sell expired products, otherwise we might end up in a harms way or hospital. Our expectation should be the utmost important to Publix, and please take good care of us by focusing more on your shelf life inventories and thorough substantive testing for any accounting errors. You will never know when your customers could be one of your stakeholder or local government.

In closing, I want to thank the manager, Mr. Ryan, for correcting the problem and retaining his company's valued customers. Regards to you, sir.

Very clean over charged again on an item.. not worth my time nor my gas going back and forth to rectify the issue. I wish they would say hey does everything on the screen look okay to you before you cash period I was distracted by The Bag Boy to even go over the tape. Love the stores the cleanliness the products but it's frustrating

I love, love, love this pharmacy. It's so convenient to order my refills, and they text me when they are ready and fill them on time. The pharmacist is so nice and gives great customer service. They know who I am when I call and are knowledgeable about my medications and insurance. I left this place for two months, and had to come back. They do great work!!
