All the employees at Berkshire Publix are Extremely Nice and Extremely helpful. My cart was overflowing and the manager Derrick brought me a new cart put my cold items in the freezer and frig and rang me up so when I finished shopping it wouldn't take as long. Corey in produce was very pleasant to speak with and helped me find everything I was looking for. I'm having a difficult time deciding which Publix to make the one I shop on a regular basis, such wonderful experiences at them all. Thank you Publix for making a not so fun thing to do a pleasure. 🤗 One additional note they are also very clean and stocked nicely to make it one stop shopping. I found batteries for my dogs lights on their collar's the thin ones. That was a big help not having to go somewhere else. 😊

AWESOME costumer service to the point of when it was raining so hard 1 of the workers went out and got my car and brought it up to the door for me. THANK YOU, AGAIN INCREDIBLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. It's hard to find great manners in Florida like this stores staff has.

The Publix Super Market at Berkshire Commons is clean, efficient, and well managed. All of the staff and employees are well mannered and courteous.
I live in Naples full time now, I moved from New Jersey, at first I wasn't used to the level of service that Publix offers every time you shop they pack your bags at the register, and offer to help you to your vehicle. Publix offers a growing variety of organic foods, making The Naples Diet and lifestyle easier. Last but not least the Publix brand is quality and competes and often exceeds the popular brand.
