  Thanks to all the Publix that opened up right after Hurricane Irma!! You guys are the best and your workers were still smiling and asked how everyone was doing!! Freedom square and rattlesnake/951 thank you pharmacy for getting me a few days worth of my meds!!!

  Very unfriendly staffeveryone seems depressed and unhappy to be at work. This really reflects poorly on local store management. Moral needs lifted for sure.

  The cashier help me find a very valuable coupon for $2 off each item. I had both 5 so I saved $10. Hooray for Publix staff.

  I have not yet experienced such superb service at a super market. The manager of Publix, Matt Wallace was extremely kind and efficient with the service that we received. He was so very nice to not just customers, but his staff as well. He treated them with the utmost respect as if they were on the same level of management that he was on. It is very refreshing to see that kind of thing in the workplace. Visiting from Canada, I have to say that I am very impressed with how we were treated in a grocery store.

  The worst Publix I have ever encountered. This store needs a management change - fast. It's pure chaos inside, Walmart is much better than this disaster. Unhelpful staff, no management, check-out lines a block long. You get the picture. Avoid!

  Why?? There is no reason to shop this Publix. There are other Publix on my home and other grocery stores too close for any excuses Yet I did it again. I must forget after a while and try again. One time, a few months ago, I had the first good experience in a year. Today reminded me why I do not stop here. The story is not as important as knowing it is not worth your time. Take your hard earned money and spend it in a store that is appreciative and worthy.
