Thank you again i feel much better and love the priavacy :) the staff is amazing thank you again
Best hospital EVER!! Was taken in from a injury and was the best experience I have ever had with any hospital/medical business. The staff especially the nurses where the best, even when I was in pain and difficult/moody they stayed so sweet and helpful and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Here's to doing it right Providence Holy Cross!!!
I had surgery at this hospital it was Doctor oheb he's the nice one and the nurse who checked me
In was also nice and now I'm going to have pt and I don't know how it would turn out.
I have been here since Aug' 5th I am diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian I must say the doctors and nurses are very caring and compassionate not only but very understanding they are helping me keep positive and they are all very sweet and kind to there patients. Thank you
Never again will I or any of my family members step into this so called Hospital. I will explain just 2 upon several occasions, I've seen this facility decline to the point of utter disbelief. On one occasion I had taken my 6mo old grandson with a mysterious pain that we just could not figure out.I have 4 kids and I never heard them cry like my grandson was, I honestly thought that being a baby that cannot speak or say what's wrong that they would take him in right away nope they made my daughter and i just sit there waiting even the people in the waiting room worried and shaking their heads as they did not admit us right away. I was so upset that we just left to another Hospital and one that we should have gone to in the first place, it was an agonizing 20min drive vs. 7min to HCM.
The second just occurred on Tues. 8/8 my oldest daughter, she's 20yo, checked herself in around 5pm for an ear infection she was prescribed drops and antibiotics no pain medicine. She should have been feeling better the next day, but she wasn't. We decide she needs to go back to see the Dr.. So on Thur. 8/10 around we get there around 11pm but saw that it was full. So we end up driving out 20mins the our now preferred Hospital they admit her right away and the Dr. there says she was prescribed the wrong medication WTFFFFF!!! My daughter had an interview that Tues. morning and because of this negligence it's now up in the air.
The staff was very professional, attentive, and friendly. The surgeon did a very clean operation on me the scar isn't ugly tho it is big I am not embarrassed to show it. The nurses there made me appreciate their profession and changed my point of view about them. I will forever be grateful to the surgeon for doing what he need to do to make sure I was safe.
Gave birth here for my first born and let me just saythe best hospital i have ever been to. I can sit here and write the biggest paragraph about how great holy Cross is but long story short I couldn't of been more amazed by the best care and comfort I was given while giving birth to my first child, the nurses and Dr made my first experience the best I could of asked for. Besides giving birth I have always used holy Cross as my go to hospital they have never failed to give the best attention, its fast and accommodating.
If I could give a - negative start rating I would. My mom was well enough to go shopping, and walk with help from a walker, play bingo and other games with her friends, until she went into this hospital for a surgery and is now being told to call Hospice, the hospital/surgeon punctured her bowl or something in her stomach and she is now leaking fecal matter from her side, and other areas. Instead of trying to fix their screw up they sent her home with hospice. I think some of the 3rd world countries has better surgeons then this hospital does. I would not send a injured road kill animal to this dump of a hospital. The nurses and doctors were giving conflicting information to the family, they were not only rude but mean to my mother. My sister overheard one of the CNA/RN's saying how my mom was disqusting because of the odor seeping from her body, but this CNA did not acknowledge his LOSER doctor(s) did it to her, and it was his job to help her. They did not clean my mom up who was in there for over 3 months, they just left her laying in a bed in filth. Her hair was one mass knot, they did not wash her up, or even bother to try and feed or work with her to get her to eat. I would never ever, ever recommend this P.O.S. Hospital to anyone that loves their family/friends. Makes you wonder with the staff, if any of them would treat their mother or loved one as horrific as they do their patients.
The BEST NIGHT SHIFT ED in the Valley, will recommend in a heart beat. Clean, organized, excellent nurses, doctors, technicians, all the staff work as a team with care, compassion and high level of professionalism for the PATIENT and family immediate needs. With children - we have been there a few times. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️
Had surgery at the hospital last week. Every department was filled with friendly, competent, professional staff. Admitting was amazing and supportive, the OR staff was wonderful and I can't say enough about the Recovery Room staffall shiftswho made a potential challenge into an amazing and comfortable stay. The hospital moved to 104% capacity when my surgery was finished so a few other patients and I had to stay in the Recovery areano room at the inn. The staff and the hospital took on the challenge and actually made what could have been a miserable 19 hours into a complete positive. I felt well cared for and pamperedthe administration called in extra nursing to care for us, the Recovery Room staff adapted to the challengetook it in stride and didn't miss a beatand never lost their good humor or caring manner. Love this hospital.
Went here today, heck I'm still here. Went in with extreme pain while urinating and burning for a long time afterwards and pain all through my groin and sides. Nurses were great and friendly, got in quick but the doctor was simply awful. Took a look and told me it was surface infection and prescribed me fungal cream. I told him that I have had thrush several times before and they have NEVER felt like this kind of pain. He brushed off every concern I had and talked to me like I was a child. Frankly I'm offended by the way he treated me. Admittedly it's 2 in the morning and you may not be in the best mood but still. You're here to help people and if I'm in the gosh darn ER at 2 in the darn morning for heavens sake treat me like I can at least rub two neurons together! I've been recommend to this place by several people so to have that kind of treatment is just depressing.
