The employee, Jenny has excellent costumer service. She is really helful when I go buy shoes or clothes. Even when I go to the store just to look at the shoes, Jenny takes her time to go over the shoes that I like. She also has a great sense of humor!

This is for Northridge Mall Shiekh Store #79. I recently walked in with a friend looking for a particular shoe. We were greeted right away by Jenny. She was very friendly, knowledge and helped us with what we were looking for. Unfortunately, they did not have the shoe in stock. Another employee by the name Josh stepped in to help with our needs as well. Both Josh & Jenny called around to check to see what stores had the shoe. I believe Jenny & Josh went over and beyond their customer service requirements. My visit was a pleasurable experience. I will be coming back and recommending this Shiekh.
