Employees obviously care about this store. Things are clean and organized and the prices seemed great to me (I mostly looked at clothing). What stood out most was the amazing customer service - I have never witnessed such high customer service at any other goodwill I have ever been to. Would recommend!
Really great store the staff is really helpful and polite everything to the fitting rooms to the back of the store is clean nothing is overpriced everything is reasonable probably one of the best goodwills ive ever been to.
Treasure hunting here is really greatstuff are good Prices are just right I love it here
good place to find vantage stuff some times new with price tags and good prices.
The personel from staff to management are horrible and very unprofessional. The only consistent exceptions are Rachael, Luda, Lorin, and a very charismatic caucasian young man who was transferred from working front register at times to working permanently in the back. The prices are ridiculously high for like items that are available at other Good Will locations in same conditions or better for far less. All other Good Will stores are synchronize to each other with very small to no differences in pricing except the Los Feliz Good Will Store which has a very bad misconception that their prices shoul be exceedingly higher because of their location near Hollywood.
One of my favorite Good Wills! Been coming here for a good 20 yrs. While family loves it here. Staff is always friendly. Great great finds.
Great spot to donate home and clothing items. Plus they have a nice parking lot which makes unloading and loading a breeze.
Goodwill is an outstanding company first of all. Their mission in helping people is truly remarkable and I support when I can. Now with that being said, the parking lot needs security because something was missing from my car when I came back to it, sucks🤔😣
Clean on the inside and easy to donate. Unfortunately everyone knows that this is the place to find great deals, so the parking can be very difficult if you don't show up early in the day.
One of the neat things is that they often have a lot of household items that are deeply discounted and unused. Additionally the clothing selecting is OVERWHELMING, so you should be able to find something that you're looking for (it may take a while, so be patient--but this is because you have so many options).
This location gets the good stuff from the distribution center. Sale rack of $3.99+.
Color of the week indicates 50% off the rack price. example a rack says $3.99 for sleeveless tanks, you'll get it for $1.99. Be careful, cause some items are in misplaced racks.
Busy on Weekends. The parking lot is free and packed on weekends. Easy access, and more free on weekdays.
Donation Tip on Weekends: Drive thru the back alley, put your emergency lights on to drop off you items asap.
Staff generally quite nice. I think the building itself is rather interesting. Relies on donations mostly so what you find here depends on the day (obviously).
It's a good will folks. That means you have to dig through a lot of crap to get to something good the advantages your prices are quite a bit better than other places that are in the same line such as Crossroads.
Only dropped off. They turned away a craft item that was still in the packaging and unopened. Not sure why it wasn't on the do not donate list. Otherwise easy dropoff.
Large, relatively clean. Games/DVDs are over priced, but that's probably a corporate pricing issue. Great for Halloween!
