This is a review of the plasma pen fibroblast treatment. I had a full face and upper neck treatment in March 2021, which left me with tiny atrophic scars on several areas of my face. I was told by the owner (who is really a very nice person) that I would heal in 6 weeks, then 8 weeks, then 12 weeks, etc. However, despite using the serums and microneedling that she recommended the scars never healed. After it was clear that my face would not heal, the owner blamed me for bad aftercare, did not make it a priority to see me in person despite repeated attempts when I returned to the area, and did not have a clue how to help me. I am now under the care of a plastic surgeon who has seen several cases of permanent scarring after plasma pen. It will likely cost me more than $10,000 in corrective procedures. I have already had 2 full face C02 treatments and although there is improvement they may never go away. I am not saying this treatment does not work great for some people but in hindsight wish the technician had suggested a test spot before treating my entire face because my facial skin is prone to scarring (one of the reasons I did this treatment) especially if scabs form, so maybe that is why I had this outcome. My neck skin does not scar easily and I did not have any scars on my neck from this treatment. Perhaps I should have known better but the saddest part is that ProudBrow has taken zero accountability for damaging my skin and appears to have very little knowledge about skin in general. I now realize that one must chose a provider who knows how to correct damage if this go wrong. Beware of this treatment. Beware of technicians without formal medical training!!!!

Shariyah is such a gifted artist and is so thoughtful in designing each of the treatments she offers. She works with the utmost care and precision and has the most calm and kind presence. Highly recommend!!
