I’ve seen Brandy for a year now…made a fatal error is seeing someone else in Asheville that did a horrible job on cut and color….I limped back into a Brandys and she literally brought my hair back to life! I will NEVER EVER trust anyone with my hair again! Not only does she rock an amazing haircut…she truly is a Master with highlights!:). She takes into consideration your lifestyle and really listens to what you’re looking for! Then…the magic happens! She painstakingly plans each and every strand of color…I can’t rave enough on her talent as a hair designer!:). She is just a joy to be around as well…great little shop with great big attitude and relaxing vibe! I also really appreciate her time and consideration when scheduling appointments. She’s honest and direct if she can’t accommodate you…she’s a perfectionist in every way and always strive to give you 💯 of her time. Tried to schedule an appointment. There were open time slots. Appointment was denied because I wasn’t an existing client. It’s a haircut, not a doctors office. Stay away! Probably doesn’t want to waste her time on a $35 mens haircut. Disappointed!

"If you want a hair stylist and color specialist that will make you look and feel your best give me a call"that's what her website says. Yet, when my wife booked an open appointment on her scheduling website, she refused to accept the appointment. Said she didn't want to accommodate new customers.
