Protolabs is an excellent company. As an engineer, making them our supplier for sheet metal parts has made my job so much easier. The quality and speed at which they can deliver makes them highly dependable. Price breaks on quantities makes them not only a great manufacturer for prototyping, but cost effective for production runs as well. I've used them for over 2 years and never once had an issue with quality or consistency of parts coming from them. The standard delivery time is outstanding as it is but you can get expedited parts ridiculously fast if needed. Customer service is great, they seem to really care about the customers needs and have many times helped me get parts even sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend them to any business who want some peace of mind in their manufacturing needs.

Protolabs is a go-to company for quick-turnaround prototypes. I've always been satisfied and often impressed with the precision they are able to achieve while still guaranteeing a three day lead time. Very personable and responsive to customer needs!

I have been working with Protolabs for several years now for their injection molding, CNC machining, and 3D printing services. Their online interactive quotes and speed in producing parts is unmatched, and the prices are very competitive. The customer service and technical support is also among the best I have encountered. The recent addition of on demand manufacturing lowering part costs and added services for dimensional inspections have set the bar even higher. No other company offers speed, price, and accuracy like Protolabs!

I have purchased machined, 3D printed, and injection molded parts from here a few times, for several different companies, and they have always delivered as expected. Their quoting software and automation is incredible, the ordering process is always easy, and our sales rep has been fantastic at every stage. They are not just an excellent service bureau, but also a fantastic resource for learning about manufacturing and design. Even on the rare occasion our account manager isn't available, every person I've talked to on their team has been extremely professional and helpful - it's possible some people on here have had bad experiences, but I can guarantee it is a fluke, and they have been quick to resolve any issues I've had with parts. I have no partnership with them at all, they've just saved a couple projects with last-minute parts.

This company is fantastic at turning around parts really quickly. They do a decent job with the parts and always looking for ways to expand on their capabilities and support their customer needs.
One of their best assets is the way they support their customers. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need when you need it. They are interactive, offer suggests, have a very large knowledge base of talented people working for them.
Always a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them for prototyping and bridge supplier.response / report this review
