Absolutely AMAZING!!! As a southern girl, I’m not used to driving through snow and ice. So, I knew I needed something to get me around. I rented a modified rubicon and Johnathan was amazing from start to end. The process was extremely easy and most of it was done via phone and online. He delivered the car to us at the airport when we landed, and gave us his number to contact if we needed him. The jeep was comfortable and drove well. The customer service, hospitality shown by the company, and quality of the vehicles are all reasons I’d recommend them to others and use them again. Thanks for the outstanding service!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Cliffhanger and the staff. We had a 2 day CanAm reserved, however the day before our UTV rental our truck broke down and we had to put it in the shop. We were now stranded 2300 miles from home with no vehicle. We needed a 4WD vehicle to get to our camper, Cliffhanger not only set us up last minute with a Jeep but also called around to other businesses for us to see if there was a cheaper option. They got us a Jeep for the day and let us keep it overnight so we could get to and from our camper. The Jeep was a 3200 mile Rubicon in great condition.
The next day our truck was fixed and we picked up our UTV with a complementary trailer. The machine was a 2 seat high end Can-Am. It was in typical rental condition. Lots of squeaks and rattles, but ran perfectly and did everything I asked it to do.
I’ve rented Jeep’s and ATVs from pretty much everyplace in Moab, including Cliffhanger in the past. In the future Cliffhanger will get my business.
And if you haven’t rented from them in a while the newer facility at the south end of town is really nice!response / report this review -

Oh my goodness what a trip! This place has the best customer service. Extremely laid back when picking up the Jeep. There are some restricted obstacles but for newbies like ourselves this did not hinder our day in the least!

Great place and staff are very helpful. They gave us trail maps and even let us know that for some trails we would need a permit for. The jeeps are in great condition for being rentals because lord knows people are not gentle with rentals. The staff even offer ice and coolers for the road. You won't be sorry renting from them.

We rented the extreme jeep and had a great experience. The jeep performed extremely well and got us through Hells Revenge and Fins and Things without any problems. They even gave us maps and a cooler with ice for our beverages. I will definitely go with Cliffhanger on our next trip to Moab.
