I’ve been to Promise about 5 times now for ring shopping, ring work, watch work, ring sizing etc. Every time I have been shocked with how well the customer service is handled. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, they are extremely helpful as well. My wife had her rings soldered together and the work done by the jeweler was also fantastic. I will definitely be back to Promise for all our jewelry needs.

Each time I’ve gone in, they’ve helped with whatever I️ wanted or needed. Tonight I️ went in needing new watch batteries tonight and they were “on the house”. Service, knowledge and kindness. Thank you!!

Love, Love, Love this store and the associatesI have shopped there since they openedI go there throughout the year for all jewelry needs. But, at Christmas time, I am usually there the full week prior to Christmasevery day picking up something new and exciting. The store is beautiful, clean, and very well merchandised. The employees are the best. Not one person walks in the door without being greeted by numerous associates. I have never seen a customer not being helped, even when there is more customers than associates. Gabby and Marlene always make sure that I have the best service, and am treated like I am special. Thank you for giving Jackson such a wonderful storeHappy New Year to you all

I picked out my fiancee's engagement ring at Promise Jewlers and we are both really excited about the ring!! I worked with Gabby and Marlene and the customer service was excellent! Everybody was very helpful in helping me choose an engagement ring, and I was also able to pick out a wedding band for her as well. We are looking at purchasing my wedding band from Promise Jewelers as well! I am beyond happy and satisfied with what I have received and will definitely be going back there in the future as well!!

The atmosphere and displays in the store are perfect and the staff is great! Gabby helped as soon as I walked into the store but wasn't too over bearing, and she helped me find the perfect gift for someone! Of the many jewelry stores I've been in, this one was by far the best. I'll definitely return and recommend it to others!
