There are dryers that do not give you full timeu supposed to get 10 minutes Some give you 9 minutes for the first quarter and 8 minute for each quarter after that.. all you get for a response I will tell the owner

I have been going to this establishment for about two years now and have never been this verbally disrespected . I will never return. A machine that I was using I had taken my money and when I approach the owners regarding the situation the wife stated that she will send her husband over shortly to get the machine running. Not only did he take his time coming over he was ask me questions about the washer as if I worked there. I stated to him I’m not sure what your talking about then I tried to tell him what happened but he cut me off. He then stated “ did it say 1?” I said no and then he stated “ oh ok, well I had a problem with this machine last week.” Then I ask if I can move to the machine next to it. He forcefully said no this machine works perfectly fine and I said I understand that but you just said that you had problems with this machine last week and I’m having problems with it now so I would like to move to another one. He then still refuse to move my clothes to a machine. At this time I’ve been waived the actual attended that I was used to over and asked her if I can have my clothes out of the machine. At this time the owners wife was rolling a basket over to us and I told her what was going on and she then asked her husband to take my clothes out. As I was waiting for the door to unlock the husband then said “ l don’t know what’s wrong with you that washer works.” I said nothing and just wait for the door to unlock. A minute later he said “ here is your money.” I still said nothing. Then the husband said “ something is wrong with you man.” I still said nothing and wait for the door to unlock still. When it did I took my clothes in a while. But sir there’s nothing wrong with me and I have no problems you can keep the $5.50 it’s the principle behind the matter. I’ve been using your establishment for two years now and everyone that works there has been nothing but nice. I’m not sure if you were having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse speaking to someone in that manner. You look like you old enough to know better. The reason for my silence is simple, not to add fuel to fire. I hope everyone who reads this takes something from it. Hope you do well.

Small. Kind of a confusing layout. Needs more large machines. Prices are awesome.

Sunday June 11.2017 Very nice young lady helped me twice with washer question and dryer door issue. Thanked her again on way out. Enjoyed free coffee. Clean and convenient place!

Clean appearance but had a very strong musty mildew odor as you get by the machines. Many machines out of order for extended lengths of time. Curiously the bathroom had no handle to flush the toilet with at all. I think I'll find a different laundromat for emergency use when the washer breaks down.

I came in today to do about 10 loads of laundry and it was my first time in a laundry mat. There was a young lady named Mona working when I got there and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient and nothing but kind the entire time I was there. She helped every customer equally and treated them like family. She taught me how to fold my fitted sheets not once, twice, but three times. I felt like I've known Mona my entire life. I'm sure she doesn't get paid as much as she's worth and the fact that she goes over and beyond all day long for Jackson County Residents deserves to be recognized. This laundry mat would not be half as successful as it is with the people that continue to use this place if Mona wasn't here, I can guarantee you that.
