After spending 27 minutes on hold they hung because their lunch is from 12-1. So frustrated I called back at 1:15 just to be on hold for another hour and 37 minutes for them to just hang up again. And I'm only trying to make a follow up appointment because the surgery I had screwed up my hand even more - more pain, stiffness, achiness and swelling than before the surgery (which was almost a year ago). Overall horrible service.
