  100% recommend using this service. As a new home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect during our house inspection, however Michael made this painless. He was able to answer any and all questions we had, as well as give us information that we would need in the future, things we would not have thought to ask. I am now more confident about what needs to be done, and how to go about it. 5 star service.

  I was referred to Pro House Inspections from my real estate agent and was impressed and very satisfied with their services. Michael was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly about his findings and answered my questions very thoroughly. He helped me understand how to well maintain a variety of aspects of the house. He was very professional and friendly. He emailed me and my agent a detailed report within the same day. I definitely highly recommend Michael.

  I called for a last-minute quote on a pending purchase of a condo. Mike immediately addressed my concern and was at the condo doing an inspection within hours. The inspection was thorough, easy to understand, and well worth the price. I highly recommend Pro House Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection. My purchase will close in 2 weeks, and I have a piece of mind knowing that my purchase is without any major repairs.

  Michael was extremely professional and friendly. He walked me through all items in the inspection, what to expect in the report, and even offered advice on how to maintain various aspects of the house. He was extremely thorough and helpful. Hands-down best inspector I have ever used!!

  Michael inspected our futur home on Friday April 15,2022.
  Michael was absolutely terrific. Very thorough with a great attention to detail. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and made practical suggestions for addressing any issues with the house. Very detailed, and candid about the state of the house and how to put the differing repairs into context. Michael came accompanied by his wife Georgina,she is professional as well, outgoing,friendly and humble. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling or purchasing a house, or to anyone just wanting to get a good "snapshot" as to the condition of their house. Thanks Michael and Georgina, appreciate all your help.
