We had the pleasure of working with owner Mark and his team, and can confidently say they are top notch in every aspect. From the initial visit with salesperson Mark, who impressively juggled our design ideas and suggestions, to the construction crew who showed pride in their work and took care of everything from demolition to waste disposal, we were consistently impressed with their professionalism and commitment to excellence through the sunroom installation process. And at the end of it all, we were left with a beautiful new sunroom that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Pro Home and Sunrooms for any home renovation needs.

  My family and I are thrilled with our new pool enclosure. We've had it for a few weeks now, but have only used it once since we got back from vacation last week! The design is amazing-I can't believe how much better looking out over the lake looks from inside instead of outside where there were always those pesky mosquitoes trying their hardest to get into your eyes or ears no matter what time during day/night cycle you decided was appropriate for them (or both).   Mark Is a complete fraud. They will take your money then disappear. It has been 3 months and we still have no time line for the installation of our sunroom. Worse they don’t call back. This company is a fraud. Stay far away.
  
  Well would it suprise anyone that the email address this company provided does not exist? I just tried emailing them my information and it bounced back. Also chatted on the website and waiting for someone to call me back. I am sure they won't.

  We had a three-season room built on top of an existing deck. The owner was involved every step of the way. He came out for the initial consultation, and was around just about every day during construction to update us on progress and timelines. He and the construction crew were personable and upfront with any issues they encountered. During construction, he crew found significant wood rot and water damage left to us from a previous owner. They informed us of the damage, gave us some options, and performed the repairs themselves, all for what we considered a very reasonable price. We really appreciated the level of communication and them being forward about this, and are grateful for the repairs. The room is just what we envisioned, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Pro Home and Sunrooms. The one small thing we'd change would be the amount of communication we received prior to the work starting. Construction was delayed by COVID-19, not due to Pro Home and Sunrooms, and we had to reach out to the owner once our initial start date had come and gone for a new schedule. (Note: The attached picture was taken prior to completion and lacks a couple finishing touches, including exterior lights and vinyl covering on the top wood beam, which were added shortly after.)

  After a lot of manufacturer quality issues, Mark's team made right by us. They repaired and replaced several components of my sun porch on warranty. I was pleased with the responsiveness and timeliness by the owner.
