  They get to me so quickly every time I need something. They get in and get it fixed. They have everything they need on hand so no waiting for things to be ordered or come in to fix my problem. Professional employees, fast turnaround. I couldn't be happier with them.

  I called Mr. Rooter on Friday because my shower was completely clogged. To my surprise, they said someone could come on Saturday at no extra charge, but they got tied up on a job, so Allen Fitzpatrick came Sunday afternoon. He checked out my shower, and I mentioned that my sewer line had backed up on multiple occasions, so I knew I’d have to have it replaced sooner rather later. He offered to send a camera down it, which confirmed what I was afraid of. On Monday he came back, along with Donald, who looked at everything and gave me estimates on both jobs. The best news was that they would not have to tear up my driveway and yard to replace the sewer line, but only have to dig 2 big holes, one of which involved my garage floor. Also, they have a 10 year warranty on the sewer line and 5 years on the drain line repair. I opted to bite the bullet and have both taken care of, so he gave me a significant break on the price. That afternoon, Allen replaced my shower drain line, and on Tuesday he returned with a crew to begin the sewer line replacement. By mid Thursday afternoon, the job was completed very satisfactorily, including repairing the concrete garage floor. Allen cleaned up everything and was a pleasure to have in my home and yard, taking his time and patiently answering my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their promptness, thoroughness, patience as well as being very easy to work with.

  I called Mr. Rooter plumbing because I thought they did a very good job for my daughter. My sewer line had had problems for years and I had tried to get by without replacing it. When Shawn, their technician, came and ran a camera through the line even I could see it was time to replace it. Don, the manager, came the next day to look at the line and give me options and cost for fixing it. I really appreciate that he listened to my concerns about not cutting a big hole through my front porch. He took a lot of time looking at the house to come up with the best way to do the job with the least damage to the porch and yard. His years of experience really paid off big time for us.
  They sent Matt and Allen to do the job and you could not find two more professional, friendly, clean and smart people. They made us feel like everything would be taken care of with the least inconvenience to us. I felt so comfortable with them here in the house that when I needed to leave for a while I had no doubt every thing would be all right. I can not thank them enough for a job well done.
  I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them highly.

  I have always had trouble with plumbing in my house. Decided to switch companies this time because of the convenient appointment hours. It was a toilet issue this time around. I'm very happy with the professionalism of the company and particularly my technician Shawn Smith! I'll be calling again

  Mr Rooter came to my house because I had a clog and all my bathtubs were backing up. They fixed the problem in no time and our technician was professional and clean. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

  Called for drain problem and turned into complete replacing 200' of exterior drain pipe.
  Was showed a cost of a footage costs prior to starting. No detained breakout of costs for total amount. Still have not received final bill Showing costs of $15,500 which has been paid for more than a month. Had to leave town for funeral prior to them completing work. Left back gate open the whole time we were gone and was open when we arrived back home. Left permanent stains in our basement floor from where they tied in drain line. Left tool plugged in with water everywhere and exposed my wife to potential electrical shock . During trenching they did not take in account to protect any of our lawn and other area around trenching. I took out of the bricks so they would not damage them and they did not offer any credit for my time. They cut into pool lines and never got confirmation that they repaired them and cannot check until I open pool.. I have to call them to find out what they did and not do. They cut power line for pool light and did not repair. I guess they did not show that on the bill so they can tear it up but not repair When I went to reinstall fence and plant grass I found buried trees, rocks, & 2X4s right in location where I had to drill in corner post for fence.. Clearly they buried all of the trash when they back filled. I have areas of back fill that has already settled 12". Clearly they back filled and did not compact the trenches. . They promised to include remove existing piping in our basement in meeting prior to them starting to replace piping and when asked about that they did not include costs so they did not do the work. I guess you should not believe what they commit to and must get everything in writing. I called the person I was deaing with 8 times over a 3 week period before I got returned call. I do not recommend this company for anyone who needs plumbing repairs. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PHONE ADVERTISEMENT. EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY DO WAS NOT DONE FOR ME. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF OPTION WAS AVAILABLE. .

  Super fast service immediately after I made the service call. Our technician was excellent and fixed our drain line that day!
