I am so happy that we found this hospital for our little boxer Rollo! The staff are all very helpful and kind, and our veterinarian is so knowledgeable on the breed. They are willing to help with all the little questions we have for our first puppy and have left us feeling like we have a team who really cares. I highly recommend!

They are wonderful and always so helpful. We have seen all the vets and have liked them all. Dr Shelton is amazing and we will forever be grateful for her care and expertise as we got our dog diagnosed with heart issues. Her follow up phone call to make sure we understood the doctor at NC State was perfect. Recently saw Dr. Miller and she was fabulous as well. Very personable and helpful with our dogs infection. So grateful for the doctors and staff for their help with our little boy.

We have been patients of Preston Animal Hospital since the day it opened its doors. We followed Dr. Hammer from a sister clinic when he opened Preston and would do the same without hesitation with Dr. Suter.
Everyone at Preston Animal Hospital is not only pleasant, courteous and kind, they genuinely love and care about you and your pet(s). They recognize you on sight and are extremely welcoming each time you walk through the door. They are a family at Preston, and everyone goes out of their way to make you and your pet feel a part of that family.
You know how special the bond is between the vet, staff and your pet is when, in our instance, you ask your dog if he wants to go to see Dr. Suter, or call a staff member by name, and he runs to the door in anticipation and excitement, ready to get in the car and go.
Never once, in all our years of visiting Preston Animal Hospital, have we had anything less than a positive and excellent experience. I would gladly be a walking advertisement for them! In all honesty, I cannot name one negative thing about Preston. I have ever experienced or observed anything negative with anyone else.
The Preston family has seen us from puppyhood to adulthood and shared the ups and downs and all the joys with us. They have mourned and grieved with us through the loss of a beloved pet, who is a family member of ours and theirs. Then, they are there to begin the joys of the cycle all over again with us. Their outstanding advice and direction during the various stages of a new family member’s life is priceless and we truly would be lost without them.
It is no wonder they receive outstanding awards year after year.
I have referred numerous people to Preston Animal Hospital over the years and never has any of them been disappointed. In fact, they have been quite appreciative of the referral.

I cannot share enough good things about Preston Animal Hospital. We (two and four legged visitors), are always treated with kindness, compassion, and gratitude. We are particularly fond of Dr. Sutor (I apologize if this is spelled incorrectly). She knows that I am a high anxiety person when it comes to my fur babies, and I really appreciate her patience. You know that they really appreciate and care for the patients. We have had three animals (two dogs and a cat) that have been patients with them. We have used grooming services, doggie daycare, vaccinations, dental cleanings, neuter and spay services, and countless well and ear infection checks. We have received lab results on the weekend (for peace of mind), and unfortunately have had to have a doggie out to sleep by them. We have never been anything but extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy that we encounter. They are a great vet and I highly recommend them!

I really love Preston Animal Hospital. Dr, Suter has been really great when treating Spunky. I've also used their Pet hotel and Spunky really loves going there. Keep up the great work.

We have been their customers since 1993 (Kildaire Animal->Preston Animal). They have been our vets for 2 dogs and 3 cats and I have had a very very good experience with the staff. Dr.Suter once walked across to CVS on my behalf to check on a medicine for my cat.

We absolutely love Dr. Suter!!! She has been our vet for four years with two dogs and a cat, and is always wonderful, listens carefully, and offers real solutions to our problems instead of the usual "it'll heal over time" or "sometimes that just happens to dogs" etc. She's great! Only downside is that they are pretty pricey, but I think it's worth it!

Can you put a price on your pet's health, well they will find a way. They will do anything and everything to get you for follow-up visits. They might be a little more convenient but you can find better in the area.

So far our experience has been pretty good. They are rather pricey and seem to overcharge for medication, but the doctor and staff are very nice and great with my dog. One thing is that they have a random "rule" that they won't phone or fax in a prescription to an online pharmacy, which I'd bet is to discourage customers buying more affordable pet medicines elsewhere. Which is a shame because not everyone can afford to pay a huge markup on the medicines their pet needs.

We have been very impressed with the quality of service we have received for our dog. The staff is friendly and the doctors we have met are kind and compassionate. We will definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a fabulous veterinary practice that looks and feels safe for everyone who comes in (two-legged and 4-legged).
