Pretty quick they said 30 minutes I waited an hour for my car to have routine service. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area.

They messed up my rims. It was a spray dip and they removed lug nuts and messed up rims. Check your car before and after maintenance with those guys. Terrible service. And they said it’s not their fault? I spend around 200$ on rims and they didn’t even over me anything to apologize for their mistake. Never again 😡😡😡

Nice waiting area with coffee and lots of amenities, but the auto services are expensive. If they have to keep your vehicle overnight they do offer complimentary rental vehicles.

I had to take the car in for some recall work. The valet service was ok but I'm not sure why it was needed. The work was done by the next day. But the free car wash scratched my windshield and ripped off some trim. I'll skip it next time. Wish they would have offered a loaner car or ride.

Best in the area! I purchased my car at another dealer and after one oil change and really awful service I went back to Prestige. Always friendly and welcoming. Excellent service.

Recently I took my car to get serviced and was utterly shocked at what I found a couple days later. When they changed the oil on my car they broke the screws that holds up the plastic cover protecting my oil tank and engine. Instead of informing me, someone thought it be wise to place a screw driver in the holes to hold up the cover. I thank God that the screw driver did not puncture my oil tank and that it was found before any further damage happened to my car. Please check your car before leaving this service center!

Went to the dealership to get my car serviced, turns out the service center is no longer in the same building. Finally found the service center after driving around an industrial park for 15 minutes. Pull in the parking lot and there are no main entrance signs, so i walk in two doors which look like they would lead to an office but no just a big garage so i kept walking to find somebody to ask. Finally found the front desk which is all the way on the opposite end, the lady tells me to pull my car in. I walk all the way back, get my car and pull up. Two valets are standing talking to one another basically ignoring me, so i finally get out and walk up to them and they finally help me. Valet hands me papers and tells me to go wait in waiting room. So i go. I sit in there for 40 minutes before someone comes and tells me i have to hand in those papers to sign in before i have my car serviced and that my car has not been touched. So now fuming, i go back to the front desk to go check in and explain that the valet never told me to go check in his words were "go have a seat in our waiting room" which i did. For 40 minutes. Now here i am waiting all over again, when one of the 20 staff members who passed me the first time could have told me i had to check in when they passed looking at the papers in my hand, or the valet couldve just informed me originally like he was supposed to. To put it simply i will not be returning, and my next car will not be a toyota.

Best Toyota service in NJ I have 2013 Toyota Avalon with now reaching 246000 Miles and all the services since I bought the car is done there. Because of my work I go there once a month for service .

I've purchased my 2012 Toyota Camry SE (V6) from another dealer NOT prestige. Whatever issues I'd have I'd go back to the dealer I bought the car from, they B.S me ALL the time.. I've became fed up with it so I decided to go to Prestige Toyota to service my car. Mind you I work at a shop & I put my car on the lift & I CLEARLY noticed that my left rear wheel LITERALLY moves come to find out my wheel bearing is SHOT TO HELL. Why couldn't the dealer I bought it from tell me this? So what does Prestige Toyota do? They replaced my wheel bearing with an ALL new one which solved the rattle noise I had & the drive became so much smoother & IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!!! I always come to Prestige even without appointmenta & they STILL take me in WITH AMAZING OUTSTANDING customer service. Prestige Toyota is BY FAR THE BEST ever.. plus is next door to my school so that's also a win! Prestige Toyota are extremely friendly/honest/trustworthy/FAST to get your car done on the time table you want it done by & also they never have an issue with any of your needs no matter how ridiculous they may be. I'm for sure coming back to Prestige Toyota for my Transmission Drain & Refill. Thanks Prestige Toyota!
