I enjoy living here. The neighbors are always friendly. The community is safe. Maintenance does a good job when requesting service.

The staff changes often, the last few female staff members have been rude to the point that I will not be renewing my lease. The staff position appears to be an entry level position and customer service is not a qualification for employment. The rent is too high for the area.

We just moved in and it has been wonderful! We had 3 wasps nest and pigeon nest with 3 little babies out on our balcony. We told the maintenance guysright a way they came to rescue the issue. On top of other little things we had an issue with they were real quick about fixing things and getting it done..I am very impressed 💕👍so far so good.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago and ready to move out. Can't wait until my lease is up next year, don't know how I am going to wait a year with this. The staff treats you like you're nothing, and very rude. I think they forget they are at work and they need to have some respect. Long as I pay my rent on time I really do not want any phone communication with the staff.

Moved in March 2017 and the staff could not have been more helpful. Marnie and the other office staff did everything they could to make the unit exactly as described and ready for me to move in to. The location and the environment are perfect. It is clean and well maintained. The comments regarding communication with staff and the pricing of the units seem unfounded. I have regular communication with the staff and they are always professional and very approachable. Additionally, the unit pricing is provided prior to selecting the location as a residence. If it too high then folks have other options and should pursue them. Given the very limited apartment style living available in this area, I believe the units to be perfect for those who are not wanting to manage a purchased or rented home any longer. Final thought is that folks need to remember this is apartment living, There are certain things that come along with that for everyone to consider as they choose a new residence. Most, if not all, of those can be considered reasonable and easily resolved. Highly recommend The Preserve at Legacy Park!

The customer service is excellent! Whenever you call to the office there's someone to answer your call and respond to your needs. The apartments are very nice and clean. I've been here 3 years now and love it. I won't be moving unless it's into a house.

I have been here for 7 months now. I have enjoyed my experience with these apartments. My neighbors are quiet and I don't ever hear loud music. I feel safe here. The maintenance team is fast working and diligent when you place in a work order. I only dealt with Marnie in the front office, i have to say she is so friendly and super helpful upon leasing. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and close friends.

I moved here almost a year ago, and I needed a 3 bedroom on the bottom floor, but they were full. A 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage came available by chance, and they were more than happy to let me switch out my lease for the appropriate fees. I don't have any issues with the office staff, and Marnie is my main contact; However, all the office staff has been good with me. The neighborhood is nice, and it can get noisy with neighbors overhead, but it is not enough to make me move, as this is apartment living. I would recommend this place to others, and I do!! As with any apartment, new upgrades would be wonderful. I am overall pleased with my living at Legacy!!
