They refused care when they told me I would be seen. Had an appointment and everything. When I have been seen here, the care has been deplorable. They dont follow regulations, especially when they want to go home. This place is simply a disappointment all around.

My brother had an appt @2pm they called him back at 220pm then the nurse told my brother he needed a parent with him he's almost 30 she apologized and took his vitals we we're put in a room very quick Dr. Came saw him sent the nurse in with some pills after that we just been waiting in the room it's been already 2 hours. I overheard staff say there an hour behind! It's almost 430 and we're still waiting to be discharged.
** I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you like sitting and waiting for hours .

The wait wasn't bad at all but the poor assessment skills of a PA that saw me here was downright comical. I was trying to point him to the right direction but dismissed my complaints. Of course,a week after i had to go to ED and get treatment for what couldve been treated by that PA a week early. No wonder ive had patients who were misdiagnosed by this urgent care and came to the hospital sicker. You might as well go to your pcp or ed, if you need to be seen.

The front desk staff was so kind and patient. We were seen very quickly. The nurse taking care of my father was compassionate. The doctor was direct and referred us to Kaseman emergency and called ahead for us. He wanted to make sure my Father was taken care of ,and myself as a caregiver as well. Urgent care is never an experience you expect or want to deal with, but the entire staff from begining to end were professional and looking out for our best interest.

This place is not run right! I go in at 1pm to a completely empty waiting room and they say they can't get me in until 3:20pm!how does that make any sense? You have no patients but you refuse to see me for 2.5 hours! Unacceptable! There is absolutely nothing "urgent" about this urgent care.
That's wonderful for someone coming in for a suspected burst eardrum!

Last visit I waited almost 3 hours this visit I waited an hour and left I walked out the door and the nurse just looked at me and carried on with her conversation. This place is close and convenient but ill drive the extra 20 minutes to paradise. More respectful and punctual 20 minutes is the most i have waited.

The people at the front desk are very unprofessional and rude, to the point that they make the environment feel hostile. This was the first time my friend had ever had to go to an urgent care and was already scared enough. I am an RN at a local hospital and I was appalled that someone who be so extremely rude to someone who is sick and vulnerable. This women in particular should not be involved with patients directly. I gave this place 2 stars because once away from the front desk, all of the rest of the staff were very nice and competent.

Waited 2.5 hrs for a scheduled appointment. Everytime I come here the service is horrible and absolutely not one Doc or Nurse cares about their patient. I recommend going somewhere else or seeing your primary if possible before coming here. Will never waste my time here again!

Went in well before closing and was asked what my symptoms were then eyes rolled and was told there weren't any more appts for this day. Is an urgent care not supposed to treat someone? It seems like they would rather go home. They told me to go 11 miles across town after I said I don't have a car to the emergency room. Not enough room? I'll wait. Always been terrible service and manners here.

I was really dreading this cold season because of all of the urgent care visits I would end up making with my children. I'd usually end up waiting at least an hour with 2 children, both under 4. Not only can you make an appointment now, which is wonderful, the doctors we've had were incredibly attentive and personable.

I seriously have never experienced anything so absurd. This place is an utter JOKE!! Waited an hour for a doctor to pop his head in the room for 2 minutes. IF YOU TELL THEM THAT ONE THING IS WRONG BUT HAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES THEY WILL ONLY "TREAT" THE FIRST ONE YOU MENTION . YOU CANNOT EVEN MAKE INQUIRIES OR ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE! THE DOCTOR ,MICHAEL H DEPREST M.D., DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION OR WHICH ISSUE WAS MY MAIN CONCERN. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. WHAT IS WITH THESE PEOPLE??? SHADY AND WEIRD!!! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!
