Originally went to Premiere for a convertible top replacement, which went well. While there I browsed furniture re-upholstery fabric samples & wound up having three antique pieces re-done. Bonnie's advice was so helpful & the workmanship is excellent. Pick up & delivery was politely & carefully done. I'm very pleased with all their work!

I found Premier's work to be shoddy and unprofessional. They used black bobbin thread when they sewed my tan leather seats. Enough said.

The website might lead one to believe that they can do anything your mind can fathom but once through the door their favorite word is "NO!" I paid several visits to Premier over a few months and each visit made me feel like I was imposing on their funeral wake. I've never been treated with such negativity by a business. I literally had to beg Bonnie to have her husband look at my upper instrument panel before telling me to completely pound sand. I simply asked for a few minor blemishes to be addressed then cover it with vinyl. The husband agreed to do it, said it would take a few hours and I promptly paid the deposit, that was first week of March 2017. I had also asked about trimming a headliner in unisuede but their price was more than double what I've paid in the past, I went with a guy I used before and was more than thrilled with the results and price. Fast forward several weeks, I also was interested in having some seats trimmed in unisuede, called Premier on a Friday afternoon to inquire and was told to get them to the shop as soon as possible because they were a month or so out. I took them in (an hour drive) on the next Monday around noon and before I could even blurt out why I was there, Bonnie is shaking her head "NO" and telling me it will be at least 3-4 months before they can get to it. Thanks a lot. Oh and my dash was still sitting on the counter collecting dust 2 months later. I should have just grabbed my dash panel while I was there because here it is more than 3 months later and they still hadn't touched it, i went back today to pick it up and get my deposit back. Must be nice to be so busy and popular to treat paying customers this way. My advice is to save them the time and find an upholstery shop who actually WANTS your business.

I brought my 2 paddleboards in to have the padding replaced. Bonnie did an amazing job finding padding options for me to choose from. She ordered the ones that I had chosen. Ed did a perfect job on both of the boards. I was very happy with the designs that Ed made with the new padding. My paddleboards look better than I could have ever imagined.

I own a highly modified 2003 Nissan 350Z that has won best in show at large auto shows. I wanted some upholstery work done on my seats and door panels so that they would match the exterior of my car. After reading up on several places within a 50 mile radius on my home I deciced to go with Ed and his son Ed at Premiere Upholstery just south of Butler, PA. I left the car with them for a week while I traveled on vacation. When I picked the car up, the work just blew me away. Ed and son had done an awesome job in matching the color by ordering the closest color leather and then dying it further to make for a perfect match. The workmanship is very professional and I am extremely satisfied. In fact, my wife has some furniture that needs re-upholstered and we plan on taking it to Premiere. I love the look of my interior and would recommend this shop without reservation.

I have had small things done there before, such as repairing a tear in my car seat and window cushions as well. But my latest project was a large wingback office chair on wheels. When it was returned I was extremely happy. It was now thick like the chair should look. The leather seems to be very high quality and the nail work was very clean and straight. They even made sure the smallest details, such as cleaning out the wheels and painting them to match the chair, were addressed. Its funny, i purchased a new living room set just after this piece was done, the foam in the new leather set is already sagging and compressed (5 months), but yet the office chair that I used more shows no wear at all.
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Premiere installed the soft top perfectly on 1966 230 SL Mercedes. The entire crew is great to work with. With them perfection is not an option, it is standard. Thanks for a great job.
I also had them install new leather on my 1973 280 SE 4.5 Mercedes sedan. Again a perfect job.
