  Excellent interactions with everyone on the team. From Tim who came out to give an estimate to Dana in the office who holds everything together and keeps things moving. The crew on-site was professional and worked quickly. Great communications and responsiveness to questions via email or phone. I especially appreciate they do not promise to do something when they cannot guarantee the high quality standards they apply. Most companies would take my money and run after doing a so-so job. The quality is top notch and our refinished floors look amazing!

  We used Premier Hardwood Floors & Contracting Company LLC to refinish the wood floors throughout our house, and we had such a positive experience with them. They met their schedule, the floors look beautiful, but what I was most impressed with was how frequently and clearly they communicated with us. Jesse was extremely easy to work with and I am so grateful they made this experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them.

  I would give Premier an A+ for their exceptional customer service and a job well done. The owner, Tim, was able to promptly come to my home for an estimate on a tight timeline. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through all of my flooring options to make an educated decision on how to move forward. Dana helped schedule and communicate all details leading up to, during and following the project. I also had a great experience working with Saul who was the lead on the project crew. Saul and crew were understanding that I recently had my house painted and were able to keep the job site clean while resurfacing all the upstairs floors and deliver a great job. I would very much recommend Premier for their flooring services.

  AMAZING customer service. After researching dozens of local flooring companies and having several in person estimates done, we chose Premier Hardwood Floors for the job in our new home. The owner came out in person and did a very thorough estimate. He was very pleasant, professional, and a wealth of information. Something that we also liked and made us feel more comfortable was that, unlike almost every other person who came out, he didn’t make us feel rushed, took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and explain the process to us. They are super flexible and understanding, and their flooring specialists were very professional and careful in our home. Once they completed the work they thoroughly cleaned the area and it was like they’d never been there. They did an unbelievable job on the floors and we are so happy with their high quality work. They look better than we ever imagined they would.
  
  We worked with Dana throughout the process to coordinate the work and she is absolutely wonderful and the highlight of our experience. We went looking for someone to refinish our floors and got the bonus of top notch customer service too! We would highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs.

  We hired them to refinish our oak hardwood floors in our kitchen. They went out of their way to match the sheen on the pine floors in other adjoining rooms to improve the look. They were very professional and did the job quicker than expected. They did a fabulous job and we think our kitchen floors look better now than when they were installed brand new. Highly recommend this company!
