20-STARS!!!! I can honestly say that Evergreen exceeded beyond my expectations. The owner Tom is a sweetheart and extremely professional and was there for me to answer all of my questions with patience and kindess. Andy the manager is wonderful. She was patient and informative. When the service men came to my house they were hands down the most professional and informative technicians I have dealt with. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood my system and why they were installing what they were. Very honest people. I will be using them from now on for anything I need. They are just wonderful from the beginning to the end. Thank you Evergreen!

If I could give this company a zero star, I'd do it! The owner has bad business-clients rapport. He was nasty in communicating with my husband over the phone despite the cordial and civil manner in which he composed our email about our complaints. They were supposed to assess our underground sprinkler system but still, it didn't work. Then when we asked them to come back and check, they said that there's a leakage in one of the exterior system after 3 weeks of the job assessment. Why didn't they point this out during the first job assessment? Then still, it didn't work as scheduled on the timer. Then, they said that the timer is broken. They said, another $300 for it. We stopped dealing with them. Our landscaping service guy replaced it for half an hour for free as part of the other sprinkler system assessment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I own a commercial property management firm in Palm Beach County.
The service this firm delivered is, without question top Notch in every way.
The mechanics that are sent out or trained respectful and more than willing to accommodate the need of the job at hand.
