I am very disappointed the way business was conducted here, I was advised to apply and that as long as I met qualification I would be good for my move in Date. I have been denied with no explanation. I feel as if April just wanted my application money. Mar 28, 2016

Great place to live, quiet peaceful and clean. Just know they do inpesctions allot, which is good to make sure residents maintain cleaniness. And every 3 months they do pest control. The downfall is the power goes out extremely easy. Most of the storms knocks out the power and when Irma came the power was out for 3 days. While every other complex got their power turned on earlier this complex was out for 3 DAYS so beware and the only other downfall is so many speed bumps which is great for controlling speeding but nobody is ever outside.

beware of property management

Please do not rent from here. I moved here almost 4 yrs ago and choose these apartments because they where nice for the price. I too read some astonishing things about the property manager Tina, but choose to ignore them because I keep to myself so I figure that my run in with the leasing office would be slim to none. I was Wrong!!! She will unlawfully enter your apartment, and go threw your personal belongings drawers and cabinets. your things will come up missing and her attitude towards you when you address certain things with her is the nastiest. On several occasions she has went in my apartment an left my door open. She is very rude an unprofessional with how she conducts herself with the residents. which is the reason for the high turn over in the leasing office and with the residents that stay in the apartment. You will regret living here. I know I do.

The maintenance staff does a great job. The office staff is a totally different story. They have horrible office hours, they're rarely in the office or answer phones. The office manager Tina Lewis is a complete psycho, she treats her staff and tenants very poorly, which explains why they have such a high turnover rate within the front office staff. She's very unprofessional, has a nasty attitude, and lacks customer service skills. The apartments themselves are decent for what you're paying. The management not so much

I love my apartment complex. The property manager Tina and her crew are the best . They make sure everyone is in compliance which causes you to have a safe , neat, and friendly place to stay. My favorite part of the complex is that it's a gated community and easy access to the pool area. The Maintenance people are awesome. They are always on the go, fixing things in our homes and cleaning up the grounds within and around the apartment. The leasing agents are always on their toes helping pple get moved in and out and making sure the residents are receiving the help they need from maintenance. A great place to live very peaceful at night and during the day.

I love my premier garden penthouse suite! The gates are rarely inoperable, pools crystal clear 365 days a year, and the property is extremely clean inside & out..

All of the reviews about these apartments are true.I wish I would have listen to these reviews before wasting my time and money. These people in this office are all frauds I really feel they just getting Ppl application money. They give you a move in date and have you thinking you have been approved for your apartment they will string you along til the move in date and then will lie about the reason you can't move in on that date. I was told by April I couldn't move in" until the lights was on in my name" to call and find out they was already on so when I called back she start trying to blame it on the manager. I had arrange an u-haul truck and every thing. Please listen too these reviews and run like hell.. On top of all of that all the Ppl in this office is very rude and makes Ppl feel unwelcome. Their corporate office really need to make a whole lot of changes in this office. So please stay away from these frauds in this office!!

I lived there for 2 years. It's a nice complex. Maintenance issue were always taken care of quickly. They changed leasing agents a couple of times, but I never had any issues with the new ones. Guess it's what you make out of it. Only issue I had were people sneaking in to use the pool and being loud while doing it. I moved out in Feb 2015 only because I was moving out of state. Lighting between the buildings could be better. But if I came back to Atlanta that's where I'd be.
