What an amazing experience. When shopping for an engagement ring, I went to numerous jewelers, and after working with Rob, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought my diamond directly from Rob, and then worked with Rob to design a custom ring. The ring and diamond combination ended up being significantly less expensive than comparative designer rings, and the ring Rob put together looks better. My fiancée has gotten compliments on it and countless stares from day one - it truly is a work of art.

I am from out of state, and never saw Rob, the diamond, or the ring in person until it showed up in a box. I was nervous, but Rob walked me through the process in intricate detail. Before I bought anything from Rob, I asked him hours worth of questions. I wanted the ring to be perfect, and Rob understood that.

In today's world, it's tough to find people who have your back and will give their best effort for you - much less doing so without ever meeting them. I will be recommending Rob to all of my friends, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Best pricing anywhere. Rob will not pressure you to buy anything. He will help you make an informed decision, and knowledgeably answer any questions. I had done a lot of research, was very selective and knew exactly what I wanted. He will HELP you, not sell you. If you don't at least try this place, you aren't getting the most for your money. I purchased a center stone that most stores don't actually keep in inventory, and Rob had some shipped in just to show me in my price range. I wanted a radiant/cushion cut, between 1.5 and 2 carats, 15k budget. He showed me 8 different stones, each exactly within my range. Most other places i went would show me something either at the very top of my budget, or a little over, more worried about getting the most amount of money out of me possible, than helping me get exactly what i wanted.

After shopping around all of Overland Park and surrounding areas, I chose Rob with Premier Diamond Source as there was no one who offered such a personal jewelry shopping experience as he did. I did a good amount of research and found Rob to be the most patient and customer service oriented out there. Oh, and the price was the best as well!
