  Very poor service and they make more problems than what it may be worth to
  take your watch to them for a simple
  battery replacement, which can cost
  as much as fifty-dollars or more.
  
  I purchased a Swiss Legend chronograph
  two-years and to it to them when the battery needed to be replaced a year later.
  
  It worked for awhile and then just stopped.
  
  I took it back to them for a remedy and
  now it does not run at all.They are just
  not worth the headaches and red tape.
  
  They like to string you along with issues
  to keep you coming back to rip you off
  for their services. I have more important things to do with my time and money !

  2 people working the booth just ignored me There was nobody else even there. It's as if they don't want business.

  Worst customer service ever!!!! Stood at counter waiting for assistance while the workers had their conversation. Even after they finished they still didn't if I needed assistance.

  Incredible! Took my Invicta watch for a crown repair, they told me 59.00 as a repair price then came back and told me that is 75.00. I told her ok and gave her my card number so they can make a first charge of 35.00 and the rest when the repair was done and they will contact me. So I decided to call today, repair was done, nobody contacted me and the repair price was not 75.00 but 94.00!!! Paid the amount and never never never will go to that place again!

  The teenager at this "store" broke the watch I bought my husband by splitting the band when we wanted two links taken out of the band. He takes out the link and hands the watch to my husband. When he tries to try it on pieces go flying all over the ground. The teenage employee says "You have to be gentle when you put it on and be careful with it in the future." He didn't have to be careful before he brought it to your store. This was a $300 watch I couldn't return for a new one because in order for an exchange to take place the watch had to be in the "same condition" we received it in. Thank you Precision Time- you didn't charge us for destroying a $300 watch Very thoughtful of you guys. Do not take your items here. Do not buy from them. They are dishonest.
